Passei 10 dias nesse hotel, onde 8 deles, somente dormi, hoje o único dia que fiquei pra descansar, peço um late checkout e recepcionista não presta atenção que minha diária cobre o dia e que não era necessário eu pagar, só que ela percebe isso após meu pagamento. Entendi o erro e nem fiz questão, desci pra fazer o processo de estorno, mas a recepcionista arrogante, mal educada e ríspida simplesmente disse: a senhora deveria ter olhado sua data de saída. Pasmem, a obrigação de olhar entrada e saída é da recepção, me cobra indevidamente e ainda coloca a culpa em mim. E pior, não tem supervisor ( Sra. Suellen) e nem gerente ( Sr. Gabriel). Todos estão de folga e dois novatos sem suporte na recepção. Se recusam a fazer o estorno do valor, pois informam que não tem financeiro funcionando, se não suporte para atender aos finais de semana, não abram reservas entao. O hotel não tem nada legal pra usufruir, estrutura velha, simplesmente não indico.

Quarto atendeu entretanto o serviço do restaurante deixa a desejar. Infelizmente não foi uma Boa experiência. Estive agora no restaurante para jantar que sem avisar aos hóspedes está sendo servido um buffet e como não tinha opções de proteína saudáveis (servido coxas de frango com pele e bastante gordura e strogonoff de carne) pedi um prato a lá Carte de peixe e foi negado pelo chefe Anderson D’angelo, segundo os funcionários. Pedi para falar com o gerente para explicar minha condição e uma funcionária pediu que eu fosse procurá-lo do lado de fora. Claro que não fui e Consegui falar com um supervisor, Pedro explicando da minha necessidade alimentação mais saudável, ele tentou novamente e o chefe negou meu pedido. Uma inflexibilidade sem tamanho alegando não poder abrir precedente. Argumentei que existia um cardápio e que não existia qquer aviso aos hóspedes que seriam impedido em algum momento de fazer o pedido, mas mesmo assim foi negado. Não volto e não recomendo. Como pode um lugar que você de serviço tratar assim seus clientes? Me admira este tipo de tratamento na rede ACcor

Hotel aconchegante, apartamentos grandes, café completo, piscina quentinha, toalhas grandes e maravilhosas, perto de tudo, só não gostei do estacionamento ser com manobrista, achei demorado a busca do carro e como não gosto de esperar, isso me incomodou um pouco, até porque só buscam o carro depois de apresentar o voucher, ou seja, não dá pra antecipar, por isso nota 9.

Era meu aniversário de namoro e No check in a recepcionista disse que tinham 2 reservas em meu nome e que eu tinha que ligar para vocês para cancelar pois não poderia por ser uma empresa terceirizada. Além de tudo, ao chegar na suíte, me deparei com 2 camas, sendo minha reserva 1 cama de casal, desci e falei para a recepcionista o erro, ela disse que ambas reservas estavam como 2 camas e que eu tinha errado na reserva, depois que ela mudou para outra suíte, disse que eu tive sorte por ela ter um com cama de casal. Falei com o suporte pelo app assim que subi para a suíte e ele verificou que estava tudo correto na minha reserva (1 reserva, de 1 suíte com cama de casal)e o hotel que errou e causou toda confusão. Falei cedo com a supervisora do hotel, Laís, que foi muito educada e pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido.

O hotel é ótimo, super bem conservado, café da manhã excelente. O único ponto de atenção que encontrei foram alguns pontos de mofo dentro do box do banheiro, nada que uma limpeza mais atenta não resolva. :)
