FFUNG YEE BELINDAHotel at very convenient location, providing easy access to different means of public transport. Both the public areas and rooms of the hotel are clean and brightly lit. The room is very spacious indeed, and the water in the tub is strong and hot enough.
The breakfast was on the whole good, except that there's some recurrent confusion in the order of omelettes because of seemingly poor coordination in the manpower and order-taking arrangements. Hope that could be improved.

ZZherIt was a comfortable stay, with great pillow and comforter. The toilets are clean and bright, with shower gel provided, as well as towels! The breakfast was amazing. The room is spacious and the overall environment as well as the architecture of the building is unique and impressive. However, there is no power socket around the bed, only a usb might be a slight disadvantage. You have to take the bus from the train station but they do provide free Basel Transport card. I enjoyed my stay there and would come back if I'm visiting Basel again!

JJB SimeonNovotel was a nice place to stay for our overnight in Basel. Easy check-in and check-out so we had no problems at reception. Our train left very early the next day so they kindly prepared our breakfast to take away which included 2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of water for each person. I can't say much about the facilities since we didn't get to explore but the hotel was a convenient location to get to Basel SBB. The reception staff also helped us book a taxi which we were thankful for as fewer trams went around the city so early in the morning. We were also given a Visitor Pass to travel around the city so the trams were free and we got a discount at the museum we went to. The only downside was there wasn't a convenience store nearby or maybe there was but we didn't get to see one immediately. Thanks, Novotel!

Wwayne0209We can hear the train across but it wont affect much on my sleeping quality so it is fine. There is many tram can reach the train station and the cities so it is quite convenient.
The temperature of the showering water is extremely hot or cold, causing bad experience

PPengguna TetamuBreakfast is available if requested, but it is very easy to use the fully equipped kitchen which is mostly used quite well by the guests.
Access by lift is available.
The bunks are quite wide and comfortable and there is lockable storage space.
The site is very near to public transport which is
convenient.
In summer there are eateries and drinking places right next door. There are food shops nearby.
Toilets and showers are all good and kept clean.
