Hotel terbaik di Bruzella

La chambre était plutôt standard tout en étant confortable, et le reste fut parfait. Et le repas dégustation du soir a été pour nous un grand moment de plaisir. Des mets parfaits, une sélection de vins tout aussi parfaite, et un service superbe, alliant gentillesse, compétence et professionnalisme, avec la touche de bonne humeur et de gentillesse du sud. Et l’accueil à la réception et au petit déjeuner nous a beaucoup plu également.

neues Hotel zuoberst auf einem Wohn- und Geschäftshaus direkt am Bahnhof und an der Busstation Mendrisio. Ausgezeichnete Lage für Ausflüge ins Mendrisotto mit dem öV! Ausserordentlich schöne, grosszügige und saubere Zimmer mit sehr guter Schallisolierung und guten Betten. Guter Aufenthaltsraum mit wunderbarem Rundblick im 6.Stock. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum, sogar vergessene Kabel fürs Handy werden ausgeliehen! Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr angemessener Preis fürs Zimmer. Gerne wieder einmal!

Staff is kind and fast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and cover all tastes. The Position of the hotel is near to motorways and commercial centers, and it is near to where I follow my business. It’s easy to find excellent restaurants nearby the hotel

Von aussen nicht so schön wie die Zimmer. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, das Zimmer war gross und modern eingerichtet.Das Frühstück nicht umfangreich aber die Qualität sehr gut. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbreit.Einziger Negativpunkt war die schwierige Suche,da Chiasso viele Baustellen mit zahlreichen Einbahnstrassen hat.Da sind wir eine halbe Stunde quasi im Kreis gefahren.Das ist aber nicht die Schuld des Hotels. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bier übernachten,zumal man direkt am Grenzübergang nach Italien ist.

Hotel: 3/5 SPA area: 4/5 Restaurant (dinner): 5/5 Restaurant (breakfast): 2/5 Hotel: in need of TLC. The rooms are outdated, but functional. We got a little room on the side wing, but still had the view of the mountains and even some lake. The beds were ok. The bathroom also outdated, but satisfactory. SPA area: sauna, steam bath, relaxation room, massage room, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Robes are extra and cost 10CHF. Towels for SPA are available in rooms only. For us the jacuzzi was the highlight, a very relaxing feature. Restaurant (dinner): very very impressed. Bread basket with olive bread was fantastic to tamper our hunger initially. For mains we got Ossobucco and Steak and both dishes were very well executed. The cheese board (Menu Ticino) was bigger than expected and we ended up sharing (it was a very large 1-person portion). The dessert that came in Menu Ticino was mistaken, but quickly corrected when we brought it to the attention of the waiter. Service a little slow. Restaurant (breakfast): very disappointed. The coffee is not great. Porridge is cold and has a ton of sugar in it. Cereal selection not bad. The meats were ok. Cheeses not great. Bread selection good. Loads of fruit, for those who eat it. Scrambled eggs not available at the buffet. Overall a pleasant stay but: the hotel was not full and a room upgrade would have been nice. Location is quite remote and might be a stressful drive to unsure drivers. Plenty of parking spaces. Complimentary water in room at arrival. Average.

Very good staff and facilities. A relaxing experience by Lake Lugano. They really pay attention to details (in our case, a surprise bday cake). They even have a transfer service to Lugano center. A 15 minutes drive to the outlet stores in Mendrisio.

What a surprise. Entrance, garage, check-in were so easy. But there was another big surprise: we were upgraded to a Suite. Room and bathroom were prefect and clean. The restaurant food was very good. There is a nice terrace overlooking the large swimming pool. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. Breakfast was a very well appointed buffet. The location was perfect for us. Not too far from the freeway without the drawbacks and not too far from Lugano that can be reached in less than half hour. We highly recommend this hotel.
