CCKKami sepatutnya tinggal di salah satu penginapan di Kawasan Indah Lembah Shuangqiao tetapi rancangan itu gagal apabila kami mengetahui bahawa kami akan terkunci di dalam sepanjang penginapan kami kerana keperluan tiket masuk dan kami tidak dibenarkan memandu kereta kami masuk.
Kerana terdesak, kami menempah bilik di homestay ini dan ia ternyata menjadi salah satu penginapan yang paling tidak dapat dilupakan yang pernah kami alami. Tidak seperti hotel dan homestay biasa, yang satu ini menonjolkan ciri unik dan layanan mesra mereka
Bilik yang kami tinggali adalah hangat dan selesa, serta-merta membuatkan kami berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Musim sejuk di Gunung Siguniang adalah ajaib seperti biasa, dengan cahaya matahari yang terang pada waktu siang dan malam yang damai. Kami menghabiskan masa di kawasan teh di bilik kami, menghirup teh, berbual, dan menikmati bintang. Ia adalah gabungan sempurna antara kelonggaran dan keselesaan. Ini dimungkinkan dengan standard kebersihan dan kebersihan yang sangat tinggi bukan sahaja di bilik kami, tetapi bangunan secara keseluruhannya.
Pengalaman makan adalah luar biasa. Sarapan pagi termasuk roti barli tanah tinggi yang baru dibakar dan bubur gula biasa tetapi menyelerakan yang menghangatkan hati dan perut kami. Lawatan luar musim ini terasa lebih selesa berbanding perjalanan musim puncak, dan kami sangat berterima kasih atas layanan yang menjadikan perjalanan ini sempurna. Kemesraan dan keikhlasan keluarga menjadikan ini pengalaman sekali dalam seumur hidup, jauh melebihi apa yang kami jangkakan daripada homestay.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue.
The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly.
For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail.
One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely!
If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

PPanatsaThis hotel was far beyond what we expected. We stayed here for 2 nights in the room with the floor heater on the 3rd floor where we could get the breathtaking view of Siguaningshan right from our room.
The hotel room was very nice, cozy, comfy and very clean. In the room, they provided everything you might need esp. the Oxygen generator.
The staffs were very helpful, service minded and nice. They tried to help us to manage the transfer, to order some food with the handy translator. That was great.
This hotel was not in the downtown but the hotel provided the transfer for us with the very polite driver.
And this hotel had so many picturesque and scenic photo spots for us taking lots of photos. And we enjoyed it so much.
And for food, they had Western and Chinese food and they had bar as well.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will totally love this place for 100%.

BBoon TiongAbsolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly.
Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

Breakfast alot of options n delicious.
I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot.
Front desk is helpful.
There is a hot spring as well if u are interested.
The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well.
Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

TTreesudaFive minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

CCJTheGoofyThis place is perfect for unwinding. It is located 15 minutes away from the main road. The hotel offered free pick up and drop off so the distance to the main area is not really a problem. Very peaceful and has a splendid view from the cabin. The amenities were also impressive.
We would have loved to have:
1. A map or guide for more leisure possibilities such as hiking trails around the area. We only were to explore by ourselves by walking down to a beautiful ******* village.
2. More options for breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the same price category, the breakfast is too simple.
3. As the cabin is using smart home technology, a user manual or a short instruction on paper would be helpful.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and worth the price.

JJAMESGreat location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur.
Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour.
If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

YYeung R ongTop notch hospitality and care from the front desk staffs before we even checked into the hotel. Our luggages were taken from our cab into the hotel before check in. We were then welcomed with hot tea beverages to help relieve my mum’s high altitude sickness. Checking in was a breeze as the front desk anticipated our arrival. The hotel and room has a traditional chinese design which gives a vibe of staying in an ancient chinese town. The bed has warmers that help keeps warm. Water heater works well and basic amenities are adequate. We also received welcome gifts of traditional ******* tea leaves and fragrant incense which are local specialities of the area, from the hotel staff. They also helped to arrange a special soup hotpot dinner where the lovely restaurant staff came to the hotel to lead us to the restaurant. The meal was excellent and value for money. As my mum was not feeling so well due to altitude sickness, we asked if there’s any health massage in the city. The hotel staff helped us make reservation for a ******* health massage and even offered to drive us there! The massage was good and reasonably priced. The hotel is located inside the Songpan Ancient Town. The night lights in the town is perfect for photography. All the attractions in Songpan is within close vicinity. Bus station is also just nearby around 3 minutes drive away. Since we had to catch the high speed railway at Zhenjiangguan, the hotel staff even sent us to the shuttle bus station and get us settled there with our luggage etc. They advised us to get the shuttle bus as it is free to the railway station and also advice on the time to get ready. These kinds of hospitality makes one feel like they are at a relative’s home. Highly recommended.
