這次入住這家酒店，真的給了我一個超級大驚喜！昨天外面飄起雪花，我還擔心出行不便，沒想到工作人員早早地就把積雪清掃乾淨，這貼心程度直接拉滿！辦理入住時，手續辦得又快又好，工作人員還熱情地給我推薦了周邊的美食，瞬間就讓我對這座城市有了更多期待。走進房間，乾淨整潔的環境讓人心情愉悦，床鋪軟乎乎的，躺上去就像被雲朵輕輕包裹，一夜好眠，直接睡到自然醒。第二天的早餐更是豐富多樣，吃得飽飽的，一整天都活力滿滿！以後再來這邊，這家酒店必須是我的首選！

全家去旅遊途徑豐鎮住的，房間不錯，可以旁邊洗浴中心免費洗浴，最好的是早餐，那個豐盛啊，牛奶是超純鮮的，稍微放下就有奶皮子！特別推薦！提醒去草原的朋友千萬不要在草原住蒙古包，別被服務區推銷人員所説的篝火晚會放兩萬煙火騙了，去了毫無衞生可言，沒熱水沒下水，煙火就是三根呲呲火！

總體來說一般般，剛開始服務態度還不錯，後來就愛答不理的，設備還沒裝好，入住溝通后才處理好。洗漱用品未放完整，不放浴巾，溝通后答應放，兩天都沒給。被罩破舊。

第一次體驗住民宿，感覺比住賓館舒服多了。有家的感覺，隔音好，位置很安靜，屋裡洗衣機、冰箱、熨斗，廚具，還有調料，一次性用品等……我的媽呀！真的是周到，第一次在民宿燒飯給女朋友吃[微笑]不錯的體驗，以後一定還會光顧的！

Amazing start to our Shanxi visit - despite freezing subzero weather, our hearts are warmed by our most welcoming and beautiful Ms Zhang, who single-handedly took on and resolved all our issues, always with a smile and utmost efficiency and diligence; from picking us up at the train station, making us warm fresh longjing tea and fresh fruits every night breakfast preparation, recommending a driver (Ms Guo) to maximise our time in Datong, recommending the best local restaurants (Fengling Restaurant is our favourite), assisting us with our laundry, taking us to the bank to exchange money. There’s nothing she cannot do! Most importantly she is so attentive to my elderly parents, especially my mum who has mobility issue- Ms Zhang drove us to and from the city and we are very thankful for her very warm hospitality. She went out of her way to make our stay so comfortable and on the last night, took us on a drive around the ancient city to absorb the night scenery. My mum thinks this is one of the best hotel she has stayed in. Comfortable bedding and beautifully designed and well-fitted out with Smart technologies. Most highly recommended!

我和我對象住了一間小帳篷，有空調有衞生間。
夜晚的星星特別好，大家一定要來看。而且在民宿院裏可以看見附近的煙花。第二天早上我們去了八枱子和月華池看了原生態的景點。管家服務特別好，24小時待命，尤其是大偉和大歡想的特別周到，泳池特別乾淨，我朋友的孩子玩水玩的特別開心。旋轉木馬孩子們玩的都不下來，12點了才睡覺。個人感覺比大同一些高端民宿還要好，一看老闆就是見過大世面的。點贊
