該酒店為四星級酒店，而四星級酒店最基本的是除了衞生，設備，環境而外，服務是重要的一環，昨晚上我們住的307號房間，九點過我們的房間突然闖進來一個不速之客，我的新加坡客人被這突然出現的情況嚇了一大跳，一時丈二和尚摸不著頭腦，我當時在衞生間，出來後他向我投訴，我瞭解情況後，電話問總枱的服務人員，其結果是不主動的向我的外國友人承認錯誤，對不起三個字就完事了沒有向我們道謙，一個四星級酒店連保障住店客人的人身安全都做不道，管理是怎麼管理的，客人的安全得不到保障，誰還敢住天等縣的四星級酒店呢？

旁邊就是天道的星港商業街了，吃東西，購物都在附近，離的蠻近的。酒店除了沒有電梯，爬樓有點高外，其他方面還算是不錯的，這個價格很良心了
