服務：晚上7點到店，就在飯店就餐，臘蹄子火鍋非常正宗，服務員楊琴同志熱情招待，處處為顧客着想，熱心介紹周邊景點，讓人感覺賓至如歸，在五峯留下了美好的印象。
揚琴對工作的熱情深深的感染了我，每個平凡的崗位不能幹出不平凡的業績。

房間：4人出行定的蜂巢（水雲間月移雲顛套房）可以同時兩間房，共用一個小茶廳。也有一個小天台可以喝茶。但是，如果你腿腳不好不建議定這樣的房型。因為你得爬上爬下拿東西，想睡覺爬閣樓，想去陽台，再爬閣樓。拿東西很不方便且因為都是集裝箱樣的房間，狹窄。地板地板發黴，跟山區氣候有關。窗簾損壞，不方便。電話是壞的等於沒有。相對這樣的價格，體驗感一般。能夠理解山高路遠資源偏貴。
服務：這是亟待解決和提升的！！！酒店管理跟不上走不遠！大多數衹會來一次不會再來，因為畢竟山路十八彎開車六小時才能到，如果為了單純拍照大可不必，管理層要引起重視。暑假去的，服務純純自理自助！因為愛喝茶用水比較多，爬樓梯去前台要礦泉水氣喘吁吁主打一個鍛鍊身體啊！！！拖行李箱上下樓梯找房間對於女同學來説要了老命了。車又不讓開到門口。就問誰設計的？擺渡車一個沒有！
環境：拍照很出片。場內也看到有小姐姐在搞直播引流，早晚涼爽舒適。建議帶長袖外套，防曬服是不行的抵不住寒氣。要長袖長褲。當然，衹感受一晚就隨便對付一下吧。8月頭，早晚20℃。
餐食：有燒烤，有桌餐，有娛樂唱K。價格OK沒有特別貴。就是吃早餐又要爬好遠，沒有電瓶車沒有電瓶車，電瓶車衹看到是用來拖垃圾的。

優點：在五峯縣城裡，算是價格比較高的酒店，乾淨衞生，水量大；缺點是：一是門鎖小栓不能反鎖，鏈條也是壞的，總枱不以為然，二是價格不便宜，居然沒有飲用水，客人要自己掏錢買水喝，三是定的三人間（並不是特價房），介紹上並沒説是負二層，小小的一個窗，有牢房的感覺，跟前台協調，前台説衹此一間不能調動

位置在漁關鎮的邊上，比較規範的民宿，獨立logo的酒店用品。新開業不久，衞生潔具熠熠發光。女老闆當户，態度熱情周到。酒店位於三岔路口，交通便利，無專用停車場。下樓百米外河橋邊即有沿街樓下餐飲小店羣。早餐推薦新開包子店，味道一般，二樓環境不錯就是樓梯太陡，供應早餐，員工整齊。

很新，衞生有待加強，然後客房服務加強一下，我帶兩個寶寶出門，要求增加枕頭，説每個房間標配兩個，沒有多的，後來因為我住的房間有問題，換房間後，前台讓我們把問題房的枕頭帶過去新房，給我們解決問題。不過對於開電車的寶貝很友好，隔壁就是兩個超級充電站

酒店位置在五峯新縣城，距高速出入口很近，靠近正準備開業的五峯遊客中心。灑店設施很新，院內有很大的停車場，停車很方便。房間衞生很乾凈，提供的一次性用品都不錯。工作人員服務態度好，服務很專業。早餐不錯，就餐環境也很好。

新裝修的酒店，配套設施都很齊全，有停車場，電梯，房間配備了中央空調，智能馬桶，整體還是比較上檔次，但是缺憾是智能馬桶不能用一次性馬桶墊，衞生無法保障，房間沒有衣架，問前台要了也才給2個，捨得錢裝修，卻連衣架都捨不得多配幾個，衞生間沒有地方晾衣服，還有房間茶台地方發現了蟑螂寶寶出沒，這麼漂亮的酒店，輸在了細節上
