酒店非常乾淨衞生，早餐不錯，服務優質周到，是一家温馨舒適值得信賴的酒店。我與愛人自駕出遊入住酒店，第二日去往長沙，然後去桂林。離開時旅行箱遺忘到地下車庫，到長沙入住酒店後才發覺忘了把行李箱裝車上，趕緊與酒店聯繫，前台小姐姐馬上與酒店經理聯繫，得知一保安在地下車庫發現了行李箱，交給了大堂經理，但不知是誰遺落的。經過核實，是我們遺落的行李箱，然後立即幫忙發快遞到桂林。再此，對酒店的領導和工作人員表示衷心的感謝！

我覺得服務真的是精緻到客房打掃人員！我是個及其愛喝水的人，客房打掃時，阿姨看見我桌上的水沒有了，特別熱情地告訴我，要缺什麼隨時打電話給前台，我給你送來，超級貼心！沒想到在舞陽酒店還會配備智能馬桶，在冬天有智能服務的體驗感真的很好！酒店的服務態度很好，工作專業，前台辦理入住速度快，服務熱情，為我辦入住的前台小姐姐一直微笑服務，感覺很親切！房間衞生乾淨，大堂寬敞明亮，價格實惠，性價比高，這是我對於這家酒店的評價！貼心的服務！非常人性化，不是死板的流水線工作。這家酒店管理真的很到位，我們住得很開心，很舒服，熱水也熱得很，人多也不會出現熱水不足的問題。
