本來看評分低沒有抱太大期望，沒想到反而給了很大驚喜，雖然房間設備一般，隔音不太好，但是整體性價比很高。第一是位置很好，就在景區內，還能免費停車。第二是雙床房給我們開了一樓的河景房，視野極佳，還能看到山。第三是我們夫妻倆帶了兩個孩子給了我們4張早餐券。十一假期期間房價沒怎麼漲，很良心。

第二次住這個酒店，酒店換名了，原來的卡萊頓換成新雲畔了，品質沒變，房間依然還是那樣的乾淨安靜，服務質量有所提升，礦泉水一次性拖鞋都免費送了，感動！推薦！！

特別表揚的前台2號上早班的高高的個、微胖型的小姐姐，客服工作做的很好，雖説是四星級酒店，她的言、行、舉、動、以本人的驗是經過培訓過的合格員工，3號夜班的前台工作人員，還需加強哦，客人來了，最起碼的禮儀禮節都沒做到，坐着不動，辦完手續後，房卡直接放在枱麪，人坐着也不起身，有點像領導跟員工辦事一樣。

不錯的旅店，在裏面住過幾天，老闆人不錯服務態度好，位置也不錯距離火車站縣城都不太遠，在商貿城，住宿衛生環境也可以，價格便宜，經濟又實惠，性價比我推薦這家。

PPengguna Tetamu訂的比較晚，房間本來不夠，店主那天剛好有人退房，正好就夠了，當天行程比較滿，過去的時候晚上8點了，擔心沒飯吃，提前跟老闆打電話，老闆給我們做了桌家常菜，熱心熱情，第二天早餐也是老闆做的，白粥饅頭幾盤小菜，吃的很舒服，房間乾淨整潔，院落晚上靜謐美好，很愉快的一次入住體驗

PPengguna Tetamu預定房間后老闆沒看到定出去了，我們到的時候就剩一間特價房了，老闆態度很好，主動降價退錢，因為是特價房，房間很小，好在衛生不錯，挺乾淨的，就是不隔音，隔壁放個屁都能聽到😂
