從來不主動評價任何消費體驗，阿那亞瀾也是我特意跑過來評價的。第一天晚上9點到興隆站，提前約的酒店商務接我們3大3小，路上就開始下超級大雨，晚上鄉村小泥路還沒路燈，我們膽戰心驚的到了酒店，結果一片漆黑，酒店車場欄桿猶豫停電，壞掉了，我們就被迫困在車裡半個小時左右，期間司機師傅一直幫我們聯繫酒店工作人員，冒着大雨來回跑了好幾趟，一行人冒着雨，工作人員幫忙抱着孩子來到了大堂（本來是要去西安的，在北京換乘車到西安，結果到北京鐵路人員告訴我們到西安鐵路橋塌了，沒辦法我們跟着**來到了阿那亞瀾也，本來就鬧心），在大堂跟工作人員好頓發泄心中的不滿，這裏真的要特別説一下瀾也的服務態度，太棒了👏，但凡態度稍微不好，我們就得幹起來。後來工作人員給我們升級了房間，送了6人早餐。由於晚上停電停水沒休息好，導致第二天約的8-10點的私湯都得改時間體驗，感覺什麼都沒體驗，然後就要退房了，一系列連鎖反應，所以很混亂，我們覺定續住一天，好好體驗一次，退了當天的高鐵票，還扣了500多塊錢。攜程上這個酒店特價900多一天，前台續費1600多，因為是週末所以不給特價，衹加送了3大3小的早飯。酒店的服務體驗感是超級棒，服務態度也超好，因為人多電話要了好幾份零食啤酒，前台也提醒我們再要就收費了，哈哈哈，我們臉皮超厚，酒店服務超棒，現在到家了發現孩子落了一套衣服在酒店，竟然沒有工作人員給我打電話…，我給客服打了個電話，説明瞭情況，酒店送了我一份伴手禮跟孩子的衣物郵過來，所以迫不及待的過來評價一下
