When you arrive at the hotel, you will feel a high-end atmosphere. Frontdesk is very good, skilled in business, and polite in language. When you enter the room, you will find the hygiene is very meticulous, and the bedding is very comfortable. All the items have been carefully selected for a good match and overall very good. It really impressed us. The decoration is pretty good, everything is good, and it's worth the money and good even for longer stay. It can be seen that the management level is high. If we come back to this area, we will definitely select Terraced Rose Winery Holiday Hotel

The view is just as beautiful as it looks, and location wise it is ideal. The room was clean and stunning views. The food was good when it was available, but many of the options on the menu were not available. Likewise, there was no water in the outdoor pool as advertised. The staff also said they didn’t know how to make cocktails, despite having a bar with all spirits available. Finally, I would recommend AGAINST booking a car transit through the hotel. We ended up missing our train from Kunming because the driver (and her friend, who was brought along for the ride) stopped multiple times, including for long snack breaks, so we arrived 20 minutes after our train time.

The owner is a young lady, she is kind and friendly. She came out to greet us with a motorcar to bring our luggage to the hotel. Later she even prepared tea and snacks for us and chatted with us about the place. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The scenery around the hotel was amazing, she helped us order dinner at a restaurant nearby which was beautifully decorated. Food was delicious too. It's the best hotel amongst others in Yuanyang area, will stay again next time.

老闆幫我們免費升級了房間，民宿的阿姨超級超級好 特別特別有耐心，因為長時間陰天難免有一點黴味，阿姨一直陪着我們挑房間換房間，跑上跑下真的太感動了！以下省略十萬字誇誇！求給阿姨漲工資！早上的早餐也很好吃！去阿者科那邊也有民宿的人接待，態度非常非常好！一百分！

Amazing place with a terrace overlooking rice field terraces. The village is very cute, there is a restaurant up on the main street, delicious. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is fantasticly decorated. And there is a lovely fluffy cat. Breakfast is also delicious.

酒店在元陽梯田景區內算是規模最大的，環境也不錯。房間很寬敞、設施齊全，有空調，竟然還有電熱毯，冬天裏的暖陽設備。早餐也不錯能吃飽喝足。唯一不足，淋浴房門簾下沒有擋水條，沖澡後衞生間地上全是溢出水。衹能用大浴巾鋪地吸水。希望及時改進。其他各方面都很滿足。第一天上山遇到化不開的濃霧。住了一晚，第二天上午霧散雲開好幸運哦。叫車去了多依樹梯田看到了壯觀的梯田美景。小鎮上麪包車很多，街上叫車方便（市價10元/人）以後還要再來，還想入住雲梯酒店。

If you enjoy traveling off the beaten track and enjoy some peace and quiet in the mountains then this could be the hotel for you. Location is approximately a 4 hour drive from Kunming with the last 40km winding up the mountain. Hotel is located 350m down a path from the car park (contact the hotel staff and they will meet you at the car park to help with your baggage). Staff very friendly and helpful, all our requests were meet with ease. Stay here to easily visit Azheke Village (at time of review undergoing extensive renovation). We visited in at the start of August, despite rainy weather most of our stay we still managed to capture some good views down the valley.

This hotel is excellent in every sense. We were unfamiliar with Yuanyang and how to get around, but the staff help us in every way and make our stay really enjoyable. The hotel arrange an excellent private car/driver for us and took us to all the wonderful places. We had to check out one day earlier due to emergency, and the hotel staff help us contact trip.com and arrange a one day refund. We stayed 3 nights in a suite and it has huge outdoor viewing and sitting area. its really worth it.

概述: 全新酒店設施，服務熱情周到，景色絕美。 詳細: 1 酒店設施~這個月剛開的酒店，沒有裝修的味道，屋內設施跟宣傳照片一樣的。山裡晚上風大又冷，我看了附近好多民宿和酒店，評價都説睡覺冷，這家是全新中央空調，完全不用擔心冷。毛巾浴衣拖鞋質感都非常好，吹風機徠芬的。床品也非常舒服，我對床墊特別有要求，這家床墊非常舒服。洗澡熱水出得很快。燒水壺是即熱式的，避免客人用水壺煮亂七八糟的東西。很多細節設施都挺不錯 2景觀~ 我們到的幾天天氣十分好，早上打開窗簾躺在床上就能看到梯田雲霧，根本不需要買票進景區搶環境位置。 3食物~早餐是肉沫紅米線和紅薯玉米小菜配水果。我不吃豬肉，前台小姐姐讓廚房做了一碗清湯的你先給我，意外的好吃😋 4服務~下單起就建立服務微信羣，發停車位置，周圍景觀介紹和注意事項。酒店會派圖片中的電瓶車在停車場等候接待。客房服務都是村裡的哈尼族大姐。每個人都很熱情負責，有問必答。 總結:這家酒店應該是周圍最好的一家了。沒有像其他區域那股臭味。非常美好的一次入住，如果不是26號寒流襲入，會選擇多住些天，很可惜，不過下次會再光顧！
