Hotel terbaik di Arakapas

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet. But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help. The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service. Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it. Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.

My partner and I have just returned from a two week stay. The Check-In was quick and easy the manager was polite and pleasant he explained that due to Covid restricts there was no buffet but we could have unlimited plates of food all we had to do was ask. It’s a shame this wasn’t relayed to his staff as when we requested more food (the dinner portions were small) the lady serving us Anna was somewhat rude telling us she would charge our room even though we had paid for half board and told us we couldn’t have anymore food because they have other guests to feed! When I requested some water with our meal she gave me tap water bearing in mind there was a water dispenser of fresh mineral water! Anna seemed to lack professionalism and had a general disregard for the guests especially when I slipped over in the reception area because the floor was wet I cut my hands and arms she didn’t do anything to help me and couldn’t care less that I was needing first aid. The manager did speak to me about Anna and apologised about how she behaved but the damage was already done it’s a shame because she did put a downer on our stay Breakfast was always the same food everyday which by the end of our 2 week stay we were really bored of! we were served most days by Mr Antonio who was always polite and would check on us if we needed anymore he was the most loveliest member of staff. The hotel in general is quite dated and approx 30 mins walk from the city centre, we did get a bus pass which we used everyday as there is nothing to do in the area of the hotel. We used the pool everyday in the afternoon after we had been out for the day. On our final day we decided we would spend the day around the pool, beware lots of locals come along at the weekends and take advantage of the free pool all they have to do is buy a drink to get to use the pool this is a shame because it takes away exclusivity for the actual hotel guests. Another point to note is they advertise that they have 2 pools one indoor and one outdoor plus a sauna I was told they only have the outdoor pool maybe you need to update the information about your hotel on your website.

I literally re-joined TripAdvisor to write this review because I had the BEST time at this hotel & so did my husband. We've been to nicer hotels on paper (5*) and not had as good a time as we did here by far. We were influenced by the fact the TUI website mentioned they could cater for vegans - normally AI is a bit miserable for us but we ate SO much here. We were pleasantly surprised & they even went out of their way to put vegan yoghurts in our fridge at check in which we so so appreciated! Even in the a la carte restaurant they went out of their way to make sure we had enough to eat. The in-room toiletries were also vegan! One thing I will pre-warn about is the noise from entertainment if you're in a sea/pool facing room. We were in 237 which was literally *immediately* above the lobby bar/entertainment area. We read a review that prepared us for that so honestly we weren't bothered (watching the entertainment from your own balcony when there are no free seats is a vibe) but if you really want an early night I'd sacrifice the view. The latest you're really going to get significant noise though seems to be about midnight which isn't too bad all things considered. The TUI reps (managed by Ged) were outstanding & there were so many varied activities. From entertainment, fitness, creative sessions, local walks there was just brilliant variety & everything we did was really high quality. I started the week very eye-rolly about the silent disco idea and then was immediately hooked, it is such great fun. I think Ged & his team with their activities really made the stay special and I do think the hotel will be missing something when it stops being a TUI Blue. They might live to reverse that decision (in my opinion). I personally loved the cats - they're the sweetest things (except from Biscuits, she is way too sassy). They're well looked after and so cuddly. The hotel works with a local organisation to ensure they have vet treatments & feed them etc. If you don't like cats then Cyprus probably isn't the best destination for you in general since they outnumber people. Certainly this hotel isn't the one for angry cat-haters. They do love a cuddle & will jump on the tables outside at meal times if given any encouragement. Everything was clean, the pool area is very pretty (no idea what a review is talking about that said there are no trees when there's literally loads of them?? Were you in a different hotel??). Variety of age groups amongst the guests, too. Just generally a really lovely & friendly atmosphere all round. Staff were attentive and we didn't have any issues getting sun loungers at any time of day. The gym is really really decent, one of the better hotel gyms I've been to despite being relatively small! Had a massage which was nice, too! The library was a lovely addition to the hotel. This is a first class hotel been here over 40times our second home !, a very big thank you to everyone so grateful for help as I had broken my hip before returning , it was lovely having our families with us as usual , All Restaurants oare Fabulous, but we tried the new Italian out of this world !!i! Such an experience , The new hall ways amazing , never have had a problem , so so many staff to mention they know who they are !! Tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal, agak mahal tetapi secara keseluruhan kami mempunyai pengalaman yang indah. Hilang beberapa mata atas beberapa kelewatan yang kami hadapi. Baik daripada perkhidmatan bilik dan pasukan. Pengurus utama menghadiahkan kami sejambak yang indah dan membuatkan kami berasa hangat. Pengurus di Locatelli, Mario, pasukannya dan Ketua memberi kami pengalaman terbaik yang pernah ada!!! Kami telah kembali beberapa kali untuk makan di sana dan mereka menjaga kami setiap kali. Menyediakan makanan vegan/vegetarian yang menakjubkan dan Apu, pelayan kami, memastikan semuanya hebat. Kemudahan spa adalah unik, kami menikmati semua kawasan dan kolam garam tetapi urutannya begitu-begitu, untuk harga yang kami bayar. Kawasan sarapan sangat bising, pelayan bertengkar dan sangat bising. Letupan muzik yang berterusan di merata tempat juga tidak sejajar dengan ketenangan yang ingin dicipta oleh tempat ini. Kami berada di tingkat atas dan kami masih boleh mendengar muzik kolam sehingga lewat waktu. Kami pasti akan kembali ke Locatelli. Setakat tinggal di sana..kita boleh cuba lagi.
