FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.
Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.
Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth
Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.
Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either.
Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho!
The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out.
Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.

PPengguna TetamuAbbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma devo dire che questo hotel mi ha entusiasmato. Personale di ricezione molto cordiale. La stanza che abbiamo ricevuta, ampia e bella . La colazione, superlativa. Prodotti freschi e di qualità. Il caffè. Possibilità di scegliere diverse cialde con la macchina Nespresso.

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel limpio, en la habitación faltaba la cafetera como ponía en la descripción. La cama grande, el colchón un poco duro, las almohadas estupendas. El baño regular, hemos pedido una ducha pero nos dieron la bañera. Los artículos de aseo regular, colocados un poco en mal sitio y además el uso es más difícil. Faltaban el resto de los artículos que pone en descripción del hotel. El desayuno muy rico pero poco variable , muy elegante el comedor y mucha tranquilidad, pero el precio es un poco elevado.

Het hotel heeft een mooie ”oude sfeer”. Vooral de algemene ruimte op de eerste verdieping (waar wij verbleven) vond ik persoonlijk erg sfeervol ingericht.
Ook de hotelkamer zelf vond ik wat betreft de ”sfeer” toepasselijk.
Lift aanwezig.
Gratis parkeren op straat.
Prima tramverbinding naar centrum Granada (20 minuutjes)
Goed ontbijt/lunchrestaurant naast het hotel!
Verbeterpunten:
In ”onze” kamer helaas alleen hoge ramen zonder uitzicht.
In de bedlampjes zaten geen lampjes, dus alleen groot licht in de kamer.
In de badkamer is een probleem met schimmel in kitnaden. Dat is écht een groot minpunt. Hopelijk wordt daar snel iets aan gedaan!
Verder was er geen receptiemedewerker achter de balie bij het uitchecken. We hebben 2x de bel geklingeld en een poosje staan wachten. Toen maar de sleutel door het luikje in het scherm geschoven. (Betaling was al geregeld).
