The most stunning room I ever stayed in! 5 stars I just for the room and view, there are negatives, but the room and the view was worth every penny spent. We hired a car from Malco at Alicante airport. Highly recommended the company! Drove to the hotel on the way to Benidorm for a night. I was taken way when I walked onto the balcony, hearing nothing but the sound of the sea catching against the rocks. Staff very friendly. Negatives:- food, we stayed half board and dinner was Luke warm and not a huge amount of options, breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately anything cooked was Luke warm. There is nothing around the hotel, so a hire car is recommended, there are two other restaurants on site, but didn’t try them. As I said above, the room is 5 star in my eyes.. a junior suite btw block 12 room 1. I would return for another night, just to lay on a lounger in tranquility ❤️

Nada más abrir la puerta de la habitación se apreciaba un intenso olor a tabaco que fue en aumento al entrar dentro y se hacía insoportable en el cuarto de baño. Llamamos por teléfono a la responsable (no hay nadie en recepción, está todo automatizado), solicitando un cambio de habitación. Después de negarnos por teléfono que alguien hubiese podido fumar allí dentro, finalmente acudió al alojamiento a comprobarlo. Una vez allí se excusó diciendo que era “un problema de la ventilación” y que no nos iba a dar otra habitación ni tampoco una compensación económica ni ninguna otra alternativa. Paradójicamente la habitación estaba llena de señalizaciones de prohibido fumar bajo multa de 100€, pero nadie iba allí a comprobarlo. Solicitamos entonces la hoja de reclamaciones, negándonosla en ese momento por no tenerla disponible en el establecimiento (estando obligada a ello), por lo que debimos avisar a la policía para que acudiese en nuestra ayuda. Gracias a la policía, a pesar de haberse negado reiteradamente a ir a recoger la mencionada hoja, y bajo advertencia de demanda por incumplimiento de la ley, fueron a recoger la hoja de reclamaciones. Además no se corresponde la calidad-precio del lugar, siendo un precio desorbitado (100€), un lugar alejado del centro, sin recepción, sin posibilidad de desayuno, mal insonorizado (de escuchaba todo lo de las habitaciones y pasillo) y con contaminación lumínica (las cortinas no tapaban la luz y no pudimos apenas pegar ojo). Si después de todo esto sigues queriendo alojarte allí… buena suerte.

I had a miserable experience in this hotel, it certainly isn't a 4 star by British standards, it would be pushed to get a 2 star. The hotel is dead with zero atmosphere and hardly any residents even in peak seasons. The staff cannot be bothered to open the bar by the pool, the bar on the 7th floor or the bar near reception - if you want a drink, leave the accommodation. There are no tea or coffee facilities or bottled water or anything complimentary whatsoever in the room. We asked for a safe and were told we'd have to pay for this even though it states online that it's free. Eventually someone came and installed one for us, the original one had been ripped off the wall or something. The room itself was very depressing though housekeeping are good and kept it clean. Rooms are dark and sparce with minimal decoration and the balcony is barely big enough to stand two people on and certainly not big enough for a chair. ”Sea view” only counts if you lean off the balcony and twist your head around 90 degrees. Reception and maintenance staff in the morning (two men and a young woman) are INCREDIBLY rude. Staff in the afternoon and evening were much more polite and accommodating. The pool is very small and a sun trap area yet there are only three parasols - it's simply too hot to sit out there without shade. All in all, I'd never come back or recommend it to anyone. The area is lovely but not much to do other than go on the beach and have a drink and some food - okay for a weekend away but stay in a different hotel.

Après avoir vécu une catastrophe avec Airbnb qui nous a planté devant la porte sans clés pour accéder au logement, avoir dû dormir 2:00 dans la voiture en attendant une solution, nous avons réussi à trouver une chambre à 1:00 . On sortait d’un mariage et on était fatigués. À cet hôtel nous avons réussi à trouver un lit douillet , propre et accueillant. Et notre cher Ivan nous a vraiment très bien accueilli, à l’écoute, et attentif à nos besoins. Vraiment Top!

Nice enough hotel. Lovely golf course attached. Great weather year round. About a 20 euro taxi ride away from the city center
