Very clean , but fareway from the Beach.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Sa décoration est très moderne, tout y est très étudié, sans que cela paraisse ostentatoire ou impersonnel. L'accueil est très chaleureux, et le personnel a à coeur de satisfaire vos désirs, il est très à l'écoute et prend le temps de bavarder avec vous, pour vous indiquer les endroits à ne pas rater, par exemple. La piscine est petite, mais suffisante pour se rafraichir et faire quelques brasses. La terrasse où prendre le petit déjeuner est également très agréable. Notre chambre était très agréable, sobrement mais joliment décorée, avec un balcon équipé d'une table et de 2 chaises. Le très grand lit était très confortable et la salle de bain petite, mais fonctionnelle. Non seulement nous recommandons cet hôtel qui est très proche de la plage, mais également Dénia et sa région qui possède une côte magnifique.

So arrived and all seemed okay looked nice. Decided to get a snack from cafe (as they call it) we asked for a beef sandwich and a plain hamburger (for the kids) staff member so rude said don't do beef sandwiches my husband said well on the menu! And why plain hamburger?? Why should I be asked my kids don't like salad !! Waited half an hour for a beer and a moijio asked twice where are my drinks barley a sorry!!! Room okay pull out bed very uncomfortable but okay for 1 night I asked for extra pillows I got no problem. Air conditioning didn't work in our room! Safe don't open until maintenance man opened himself! Food average all buffet not tasty basic!! Pool lovely but small. Overall not great spoke to manager and you can have a free lunch no thanks basically didn't care but my point is 4 star and paying £300 a nite you want it to be amazing far from!

We stayed for 7 nights, room was beautiful and spacious with a super comfy bed. We got upgraded and had a balcony which had lovely views of mountains and greenery. My partner played golf most days, and had a great time although one of the courses was closed for the week. They also have a driving range you can access without booking. Hotel itself is modern and spacious with plenty of options for food. We ate in the Thai restaurant twice and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, could not fault it. Wide variety of options and not to be missed. Pool area is fantastic, lots of space and loungers. Pool isn’t heated so water is cold but very welcomed on a hot day. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, particularly at the pool bar and lounge bar - always remembered our drink of choice. The only real downside to this hotel is it’s location. We had hoped to eat in Denia most evenings, but getting taxis back is very difficult (have to phone as no ranks in the town)and costs about €40 round trip. So many wonderful restaurants in Denia so it’s a shame there isn’t a more convenient way for hotel guests to visit it. I spent a morning in the spa, and while the treatment was fantastic, the facilities themselves are not great and due an upgrade - the relaxation room in particular. Overall would happily come back, but perhaps with renting a car.

La atención del personal Muy buena muy atentos. He sido generosa poniendo tres estrellas porque debería de poner dos o una y ahora explico el porqué, EL RUIDO es insoportable, yo estado solos dos días y en plenas fiestas entiendo q la gente llegue a las tantas y hagan ruido, pero loq no es normal esq escuchar toda la conversación incluso cuando se duchan etc... Y por no decir cuando las limpiadoras se ponen a las 8:00 de la mañana a limpiar y a dar golpes ‍♀️ Las paredes son de papel (literalmente). Una pena porque el hotel es de paso y está muy bien situado muy cerca de todo. Tambien tengo q decir que la cama es ULTRA CÓMODA las almohadas también y muy limpio. Esta es mi segunda vez y seguramente vuelva por la cercanía de todo, pero solo un día como máximo porq más no se soporta por el RUIDO, me da mucho coraje por los ruidos q son insufribles.
