Hotel terbaik di Granollers

Estuvimos sólo una noche pero quedamos altamente satisfechos. La habitación era grande, y el personal amabilísimo. Con la habitación, tuvieron el detalle de cambiarnos de la calidad de la misma, sólo por el hecho de haber tramitado la reserva directamente en su web. Del personal que nos atendió sólo puedo decir maravillas, tanto de la chica que estaba en recepción cuando llegamos, como del chico que estaba en el turno de noche cuando regresamos al hotel. Totalmente recomendable

Hotel en zona tranquila y las instalaciones impecables muy buen servico

Hôtel très agréable. La personne à la réception était vraiment exceptionnelle de gentillesse. C'est agréable quand on arrive de voyage. Les chambres sont très bien et très propres. Le restaurant a aussi un bon rapport qualité-prix. J'ai passé un bon séjour.

Me he alojado este pasado Fin de Semana con mi hija por motivos familiares en El Aparthotel Atenea Vallés. EL establecimiento cuenta con unas excelente ubicación en Granollers en un a zona muy tranquila y cerca del centro de población. Tiene unas excelentes instalaciones (gimnasio, spá, etc) y un excelente Restaurante en la misma planta de la Recepción. El trato del personal ha sido muy profesional y con una excelente Orientación al Cliente especialmente en Recepción 24 horas...siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que haga falta. Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo y repetiré (me consta que hay excelentes ofertas).

On y était 3 nuits pour le gp de f1. Très bonne expérience, le personnel est sympa, le chambres propres. Le petit dej était bon. Bref, une à dire. Situe à environ 15 minutes à pieds de la gare sans se presser. Je recommande. En revanche la ville n’est pas formidable pour flâner, mais cela n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel.

Hotel muy comodo y confortable, muy limpio, personal rapido y amable y buena attencion al cliente, cama muy comoda. Hize pensione completa y la comida tambien estava muy rica. lo recomiendo a todos lo que querien pasar un buen fin de semana de relax

Hotel della catena Ibis situato nei pressi del circuito. Il che vuol dire che è conveniente per il circuito ma se non è questo lo scopo, come nel nostro caso, allora vi troverete in una zona industriale e il nulla attorno. Senza macchina si può solo raggiungere un buon ristorante a circa 6-700 m. Camere, servizio e colazione in linea con il livello della catena. Da segnalare che il parcheggio sotterraneo ha dei pilastri strettissimi e uno scivolo in curva con molta pendenza: con un'automobile di 4,5 m o più correte il rischio di rimanere incastrati! Nel caso meglio lasciarla in uno dei pochi posti situati all'aperto dentro la recinzione.

Just returned from a week stay at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and offers a gd bfast. However I hate to say that we r soo disappointed with the approach of the receptionists. We r a family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 kids and thus had 2 interconnecting rooms. By mistake one of the kids locked one of the rooms with the chain and thus could not open the door. We asked the receptionists (2 young ladies) to help us out. After something like an hour waiting they told us that the maintence guy cannot be reached. We asked for a scew driver to unscrew the chain and they told us with have to give our visa no as these were d instructions. Of course we refused and after another hr or so, I had to reexplain that I had imp medication in the room and couldn't no spend the night outside without it. Only then did one of the them decide to come up and see my husband unlock the chain in 2 mins! No apologies nothing.... On another day we asked how we can get to some funpark with kids. Since we didn't have a car they told us that it is practically impossible. It is clear they (once again the 2 ladies) have no idea.... Absolutely.... How to inform clients how to get there. We had to ask locals to help us.... And we managed Illa fun park and also Porta Avventura with no hassle at all using a train! Unbelievable. When we needed a taxi a helpful receptionist, Marc always called for us and the taxi came in no time. However when we asked the same 2 receptionists.... They wanted to give us the number of the driver and we had to call. Im so sorry to complain however I believe that the receptionists have to have basic manners and information skills to direct their clients in a decent manner. The situation was so hilarious that sometimes I thought they were playing some joke on us😶

The staff were lovely and were probably the best thing about this hotel! The minifridge was stocked with drinks for free in the superior room which was very kind. It was generally quite shabby - cracks around door frames, threadbare towels etc. My curtains were also a bit stained. The room service list was pretty poor in terms of meals for main dishes, although the burger and pizza were lovely. The most disappointing thing was the location. In the middle of nowhere, this hotel was completely impractical if you didn’t have a car. I even had to get a taxi to the closest shop. It was over an hour by foot with no footpaths! The pool area was okay but very small and separated from the car park by a hedge, overlooked by the floor to ceiling glass windows of the restaurant. I felt too self conscious to use it even though it seemed okay. The main reason I wouldn’t come back was the inconvenient, awful location.
