Hotel terbaik di Allauch

Excellent welcome. Supportive, smiling personnel. Exhaustive information. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants and to the autoroute. There is a quiet, safe parking area. I would strongly recommend this hotel for short stays.

Nous étions de ami avec comme seul choix daller dans cette hôtel, nous arrivons à l'accueil monsieur de la réception etait impoli qui n'est même pas capable de rentré de la monnaie à partir de 22h nous avion pas le droit de paye en liquide apparament, la chambre avec des draps gâché, lavabo avec des cheveux dessus, nous avons demander à changer de chambre pas impossible apparament l'hôtel était pleins nous avons payer la chambre son même pouvoir dormir j'aurais mieux fait de dormir dans ma voiture dans tous les cas je ne retournerai jamais la bas.. nous avions prit le petit déjeuner avec la chambre et pas de petit déjeuner le matin 3 pains au chocolat qui se battaient en duelle !!!

Accueil adorable chambre propre parking bien fermé pas de bruit réservation très rapidement quand on perd notre carte il son toujours là pour nous rien à dire si je doit revenir c’est avec un grand plaisir

Je suis passé l’année dernière en période Covid-19 cela était plus compliqué des plateaux repas à manger en chambre ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Actuellement je retrouve l’hôtel l’accueil du personnels avec le sourire malgré le masque et ce petit déjeuner en salle le top avec beaucoup de choix ! Quel dommage de ne pas trouver un panier d’oranges avec un extracteur de jus . Hôtel propre de jolie chambre avec tout le nécessaire serviettes gel douche etc . Bonne literie. Endroits calme et parking gratuit avec portail fermé la nuit ouverture possible ! Je reviendrai sûrement pour de prochaines formations ! Bonne continuation et à bientôt.

Stayed in this hotel in September 2023. Room 18 to be precise. If this hotel was run by a large multinational chain it would be good but simply it’s horrible. Our room smelled sickeningly of Cigarette smoke and had hairs on the shower curtain. On arrival on Saturday at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and we had to ask the maid for it to be cleaned so we could check in and go out. There’s a couple of vending machines that sell crisps etc that take your money and do nothing else. Now, the main gripe about this place is there’s no staff anywhere. Reception is permanently closed. You have to check in by the terminal at the entrance, but beware…IT DOES NOT ACCEPT CONTACTLESS. If you have no physical credit card you’re in trouble. Whilst we were checking in another group we’re trying to check in too. It was simply chaotic. The actual hotel is relatively modern but just not managed well. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. If you are English and visit here and don’t speak French you may be in trouble because the maid speaks no English. The owners of this hotel have got it wrong by employing nobody. We will never be returning. One thing to note… Google maps shows loads of places in the vicinity that sell food etc but Bizzarely it is impossible to get a food delivery.
