We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was 15 minutes from CDG and 30-40 minutes from downtown Paris by car. The area around the hotel is immensely walkable with a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and cafes within a 5-10 minute walking distance. I really enjoyed the nearby Shawarma place, and the Cafe du Nord in particular. The staff were helpful and most were able to converse fluently in English. We were grateful to find a room that could house 4 people and the kitchenette was super convenient. My main concern with this hotel is in the state of the bathrooms and room maintenance in general. Some family members of ours were in another room that flooded every time someone took a shower, and our room also had evidence of mildew/water damage in the bathroom area, the shower door did not seal/close correctly. The door to the kitchenette would not open fully and scraped against the floor. The bedding was mediocre to poor, I expected the sofa bed to be uncomfortable, but the main bed was not much better. Pillows were not comfortable. Overall my review may sound critical and negative, but I would stay here again if the price differential (almost 2X for a nicer hotel) was the same due to the convenience and enjoyment of exploring the area on foot.
The service of the night is great! Staff are very professional! And the food is so DELICIOUS! In general all the staff are amazing and professional, feeling like a 4 stars hotel! Le service du dîner est super ! Petit coup de cœur pour Dzena et pour la directrice de l’établissement qui nous ont offert un service très professionnels! Le menu du soir est très très bon! Un régal! Délicieux! Bravo au chef !
Was a bit worried about the reviews after we booked- we booked through the Amex website. We are currently here now, have been for 4 days. So glad I didn’t change our booking! Friendly staff, very spacious rooms, there isn’t much near by, but we have used Uber eats to order food, if we have got home before dinner time. We have used the hotel as a base- we have visited the Eiffel Tower, palace of Versailles and Disney Land- used a taxi for all of them- using bolt it has worked out better value than public transport for the 4 of us. There is a bus stop at the end of the road. The hotel is in the ‘middle’ of an industrial estate- but the windows are doubled, so can not hear the main roads near by! Highly recommend as a base to visit all over Paris!
Staff was excellent, room needed some tlc, it was about 20 minutes drive from Cdg in Uber.
There are lot of buses in close proximity and one pizza restaurant which was walking distance.
Decent for one night stop over before heading to your onward journey.

Super simple hotel, easy to reach from CDG Airport with public transportation, and easy to reach Paris city center with public transportation too. Rooms are clean but simple: no kettle, no fridge, no iron, no hairdryer. No gym. Microwave available, tea/coffee maker at the restaurant are available during all day. Staff super friendly, they speak english,but pointless to send email to the hotel, no reply. Wifi is not working in the room, but perfect in the reception area or in the restaurant- they let you stay and work there all night if you want. Printer available. Overall: if you are looking for a clean place to sleep it is perfect!
Review: Our recent stay at Hotel Novotel Aulnay in Paris was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the hotel’s location is on the outskirts of the city which made it extremely challenging to access the main Parisian attractions. The commute wasted a lot of our valuable time and energy, dampening our overall experience in Paris. Breakfast was another disappointment. Not only was the quality below average, but the variety was also very limited. This added to our dissatisfaction, considering what we paid for our stay. The service was equally disheartening. The receptionists were often seen engaged on their phones rather than assisting guests, resulting in a lackluster and inattentive experience. The rooms were another major letdown. They were small and noisy, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. The use of paper cups, despite the exorbitant cost of the stay, felt particularly cheap and unfitting for a hotel of this supposed caliber. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lift. Tiny and inefficient, it could accommodate no more than three people at a time. This inefficiency was especially troublesome during morning check-outs with luggage. The lift delays were compounded by the fact that many groups stayed at the hotel, making it noisy and chaotic during check-ins and check-outs. Overall, we felt deeply let down by the quality of service, the inconvenient location, and the small size of the rooms. The combination of these factors made our stay unpleasant, and we would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and convenient Parisian experience.

Je réserve toujours dans cet hôtel la veille d’un départ depuis l’aéroport Charles de Gaule, il n’est qu’à 15min de route et possède un parking gratuit sécurisé. Les chambres ont été rénovées avec goût et l’hôtel est calme. Nous avons toujours été très bien été accueilli.
Absolute rotten service , overbooked hotel and cancelled my reservation and blamed Egencia , despite my reservation being live on Marriott site. Really poor and significant impact in FTL crew rest. Flight crew be ware and stay somewhere else.
