"What a surprise, the carpet was too old with iron stain, look like 30 years without change. My room was located at 11th floor with only 2 rooms occupied. Very quiet and scary. The restaurant was nice view with Tawau scenes. Don't expect too much if you want to choose the great hotel at Tawau. This is the best as there have."

"This hotel is located at the twon centre fronting the waterfront. We were given the triple room with the waterfront view. Thumb up for having lift eventhough it is a 3-storey building.
Food court, public library just infront of the hotel as well as one long line of Sunday market stalls selling used clothing, fresh seafoods, fruits and vegetables behind the hotel every Sunday morning. Come early as the stalls will be closed at noon."

"Junior Suite Stay.
I had the pleasure of staying in the Junior Suite and it was such a comfortable experience. The room is very spacious, with a well-designed layout that separates the cozy living area from the bedroom. perfect for relaxing or getting some work done without feeling cramped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the suite was warm and inviting. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for both space and comfort. Highly recommended!"

"Xiaomeijia surprised me. I stayed in Tawau for one night before going to Semporna. There were three families, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price was 400 RMB. They also gave me a bunch of thoughtful snacks and new products. The kitchen was very clean. , the bathroom is also very clean, not to mention the bedroom. There is a durian stall 150 meters away. I bought 3 durians ➕ 20 mangosteens ➕ two dragon fruits for 200 ringgit. . . Eat until you are satisfied. I will come back next year, specifically to stay at Xiaomei's house for a few more days."

GGuest UserWhen I came in, the room was amazing. The room was large and the whole was designed in Nanyang style. Every place was carefully selected. The color matching was also very beautiful. It was mainly clean and tidy. It looked very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and soft. Exceeded expectations, there is a convenience store downstairs, But it was not easy to find a location by taxi. It was raining in the past at night. Fortunately, the boss and the driver found it after communicating directly.

Zzek zakWorth for the money as a budget hotel.Friendly staff.Got lift.Near attraction place.Many restaurant and food court around the hotel.On Friday and Saturday got night market (chestar night market) distance 100 meter from the hotel.The problem is no car parking lot provided.But can park along the street behind the hotel building under own responsibility.
