PPengguna TetamuEl hotel está al lado de la estación de metro, no llega ni a 2 minutos, que te deja en media hora en el centro. Al igual que el tranvía que directo al aeropuerto, por lo que alejado del centro pero perfectamente conectado. Muy bonito, todo nuevo y cuidado. El barrio tranquilo y bien. El desayuno está muy bien, quesos, fiambres, panes, bollitos, bizcocho...

PPengguna TetamuLocated outside of ”Bd Peripherquei” still kind of central as the Metro (just 100m from the hotel) will take you to the city center in just 6 stops. The neighbourhood is clean and safe, and the basement garage is a hit (just Eur 15/night) if you are in Paris on a road trip. The helpful reception staff spoke good English. And when you realise how easy is to convert the living room into a bedroom (the bed is 'hidden' in the wall) you are in for a good sleep in the firm comfortable bed. What is not to like ? Oh yeah... the fitness needs some improvements install some weight lifting equipment please...

PPengguna TetamuGood and relatively affordable accommodation. The room was ok for a single person but little bit small and without a fridge. There is a small mall next to the hotel, which is something positive. Generally I would recommend that hotel, if you are looking for somewhere affordable to stay in Paris.

PPranutThe hotel is very close to the station and also supermarket nearby. Apart from a quite a long distance from an inner Paris, the overall room, staffing, amenities are very satisfied.

JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is located to the Asian quarter. There are two metro lines close by. The hotel is clean and the price is reasonable which includes breakfast. There is a good selection for the breakfast. There are many good restaurants and asian grocery stores within walking distance.

JJoshGood place to stay. I would avoid the included breakfast as there are nearby bakeries and restaurants that provide better value. The shower room had mould growing in the ceiling which I would think would be a high priority to address as it leave me with a bad impression of how hygiene is conducted at this hostel.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置還行，在小巴黎邊上，但有點吵，務必注意不能要路邊的房間，其他還行，像國內的招待所，設施比較久，但這就是歐洲酒店現狀。

PPengguna TetamuThe room has no air conditioner, we turned on the fan to breathe for five nights.
The carpet was very dirty. Lack of shampoo, body wash, hand wash & lotion. All of them were not ready when we stayed in. Some of the items were empty.
I couldn't agree that is a 4-star hotel.
Except for those negative comments, the staff were very kind and helpful, we are a family with two little kids, and preferred to change a room with a bathtub. Staff arranged for us to change rooms on the next day.
I do appreciate their kind help.
The location of the hotel is very convenient.
Close to supermarket and Metro.
If the hotel improves the room cleanliness and the air conditioner works normally. I will come back to stay again.

HHassan Eren AliAir conditioner wasn’t working even when we asked them to repair it because they know that you are temporary visitor. They don’t even bother to fix the problem. I was staying with my boyfriend at room 40 and we had to open the window during the night to able to breathe and have some clean air because it was too hot inside the room not gonna lie the hotel was okay but the biggest issue it was air conditioner. By the way, they don’t even offer laundry service. But you can find one just before the hotel at the corner next to the kebab shop I think it was €4 for 8 kg washing machine or was it seven hmm 🤔 I don’t remember :) overall the room was clean. The cleaners always clean the room on time or when you are away don’t forget to buy a shampoo or body lotion because they are providing very small amount of liquid for bath. You can also travel to Metro number 14 it just like a 10 minute walking and you can go to central of Paris without having any problem. It was so simple for us to travel and come back.

PPengguna TetamuNotre chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bien pour le tarif, nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage, mais l’équipe du Kyriad a été très efficace et ils ont trouvé une solution très rapidement .
Donc malgré ce petit soucis, je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service et à la gentillesse de l’équipe.
Hôtel proche du métro ligne 8, très pratique .
