Visiting family stayed in Waverley solo peaceful and exceptionally clean everyone friendly could not do enough for you especially Gina I would highly recommend it to family and friends Best poached eggs for my breakfast good menu for all Plenty of fruit and cereal to choose from.

The hotel was in a great spot to visit Keele umiversity and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.
The room was clean, a good size and very quiet. A nice touch to have bottles of water provided in the fridge too!
Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of options every day. I would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Always a nice little break. Staff always really pleasant. Sharon tonight was particularly helpful in the restaurant as there was an incredible bunch of children who had attended a football match who were amputees. We were honoured to meet one of the coaches that Sharon introduced us to. Incredibly brave children all having fun. Food in Fairways restaurant was excellent. A really nice medium rare steak, beautifully cooked. My wife had pork medallions with mash, again beautifully cooked. Great value breakfast including evening meal and breakfast and lovely deluxe double room.

We stayed here for a short weekend break, it was excellent from start to finish. The grounds are beautiful, excellent for our dog, the spa was lovely, not too busy. Everywhere was immaculate, the interior of the main building is worth a visit on its own. Steeped in history a truly remarkable hotel, and the staff so helpful and friendly just added to a wonderful break. Would highly recommend this hotel.

From start to finish our staff experience was superb ! These guys are on the ball with their customer focus. This was my third Spa day at Rookery Hall and as the previous ones certainly did not disappoint . My friend who joined me is well travelled & experienced in Soas and hotels, she was impressed and delighted with a perfect day . From delicious food to superb treatments with experienced considerate therapists . Great facilities and for me the staff cannot be rated high enough . In the modern world of automated systems and technology Rookery Hall and the team are an absolute tonic . I am looking forward to booking a dinner there soon . Went for Sunday lunch today and it was lovely. The beef was cooked perfectly and came with lots of veg and a large Yorkshire. I'd asked for a restaurant table but it was very busy so we were offered an alternative. When I mentioned I'd specifically asked on booking the lovely young lady said ”it'll take a few moments but theres on about to come free, can I get you some drinks whilst we see to it? . Nothing was too much trouble and after a few mins of being seated in the restaurant our drinks arrived. All staff were busy yet very attentive making sure all tables were cleared off when guests had left. Service and food brilliant, thankyou.

RRachel HMyself and my husband booked this hotel to stay over for our wedding night, we booked one of the suites for 2 nights. On arrival, there was nothing in the room to show that it was for a honeymoon e.g no petals on the bed or anything special! As we needed to be up early the next day, I ordered some early breakfast bags the night before (6 to be exact) which was made very clear before arrival and was said again once I had arrived with the bridal party. When I went to get these bags from reception, I was told there was only 3 bags which left half of the bridal party without one. Luckily we had additional food with us which one of the bridesmaids brought on the morning of the wedding. However, the suite was lovely and the grounds were beautiful. One of the staff members came up to me and the bridesmaids the day before I got married and offered to swap our evening meal in the restaurant to a teepee which was a lovely gesture as we had all of this to ourselves which made the night before extra special!
