We enjoyed the hotel, I have 1 complaint, The fire alarm went off at 4am and 4.45am , It was a false alarm because one of the staff was smoking in one of the rooms,my partner suffers from fibromyalgia (chronic pain), She lost sleep and our trip was affected and we had to catch up on sleep the following day. We were visiting family and had little time to see them. When mentioned to cleaning staff it was giggled at,I found this very unprofessional and will think twice about using the hotel again, Which is a shame because we liked the hotel.

Stayed here for work purposes. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were always on hand to assist with our needs. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and clean making the stay away from home much more bearable. The hotel has its own chefs who both during morning and evening, would be happy to assist with all food requests, even if it meant going off piste with the menu for us. An excellent hotel. Thank you

Stayed in this hotel for one night as was attending a wedding nearby the next day. Great impression of hotel as we drove into the car park and it didn’t disappoint. Was a lovely room with plenty of mirrors for getting ready and a lovely big comfy bed. Room and bathroom very clean and good powerful shower. Hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities provided which was an added bonus. Staff very friendly and we had a lovely evening meal and breakfast at the Beefeater which is next door. All in all a lovely stay, great value for money and two happy customers.
