One of the best hotels is stayed during my visit for a wedding. The welcome was very warm and the room was spotless. The staff were very helpful and kind. A special thanks for the receptionist/housekeeper who checked me in and the breakfast waitress, since they both made feel at home and very safe (as I was a solo traveler). Very close to the city center as well, only 10' on foot.

Weren’t staying but had a family meal for 9, ages from 60’s to 6 months. The meals without exception were delicious and filling, and we all agreed it was the best dining experience for a long time. The restaurant was clean , bright and airy, and we were able to enjoy our after dinner drinks on the patio outside. However special praise and thanks to Anna Maria, the waitress, who was prompt, efficient and charming, despite being kept busy by us!! So thank you all very much, I’ll definitely be back.

The wifi was horrible. It didn’t work at all. The parking was impossible. We parked our car 5minutes walk away. The car park was full of cars already and Impossible to negotiate. The room wasn’t the same as online booking. A bit weird bathroom. Online We checked our room has a garden wide but there wasn’t a garden view. It was just blocked with narrow wall. The only thing that we liked was breakfast.

Lovely hotel. I stayed in the newer building across from the hotel and my room was spacious with patio area. Very clean. Only thing missing was details of hotel and Wi-Fi which I got by phoning. Food was really nice but was a little disappointed at breakfast as we were at 9:30 sitting and no pastries left and staff weren’t able to provide any as kitchen had shut which I feel for the price point a little disappointing. Staff were very helpful throughout.

Had 7 of us stay for one night on a 2-day tour of the highlands and would highly recommend this hotel if you want something different, off the beaten path, and steeped in history and beautiful views/grounds. The staff are wonderful and make you feel at home and the restaurant is excellent. Our compliments to the chef!

PPengguna TetamuExcellent hostel! Great common self-catering facilities; there were two full kitchens with plenty of tables and seating so multiple parties could be cooking at a time. Staff were very helpful and let me leave my bag before check-in and after check-out to accommodate my bus times.
The room (4-bunk female dorm) was very spacious so plenty of room for sorting through my bags. Bunk was large and included a USB plug and power outlet there. Room had large attached shower and toilet rooms.

PPengguna TetamuWe visited inverness for a short time and we honestly couldn’t of had an easier accommodation experience, the staff are very friendly and attentive to your every need, when we first arrived they upgraded our room for free and let us check in early further more when we wanted breakfast in the morning it only cost us £10 a head and they offer a wide range of breakfast options, when we checked out they also let us keep our bags at the house whilst we spent our last few hours exploring the city. Highly recommend, priced well too.

We arrived to be let in immediately, we were expected. William gave us the run down of the place and room and even carried one of the bags up. The front room was surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. Had a very comfortable sleep for 4 nights. Good breakfast, choose a time between 7:30 and 9 which is pretty fair. Cooked to order with continental as well. Kate talked to each guest, at least at the 1st breakfast and is a very nice lady. Location is good, an easy walk into town. Parking on-site, enough for 1 car per room.

PPengguna TetamuIt does the job but that's about it. We stayed 2 nights during our Isle of skye trip. The shared room was big enough for 4 people to move around but besides of 2 bunk beds there was absolutely nothing else in the room. A chair or two might have been great as when you are at the bottom bunk you can't sit on it as the top bunk is set to low. The beds were fairly comfortable but noise every time you moved. The bathrooms very supposedly cleaned but def weren't, the sign was just put up. The floors in the shower were dirty, only two hooks, so the chance of your stuff getting wet were pretty high. Also super annoying was the push and stop buttons in the shower, they turn of every 15 sec or so, it's annoying to take a shower. Same for the ”give it a good yank” in the toilets, most of the time the yank wasn't enough and the toilets didn't flush. The kitchen upstairs is small, we only stored something in the fridge but I wouldn't cook there as it's just waaaaay to small. The good thing is the location as it's right around the corner from the bus stop. If you simple need a place to stay overnight, I would say it's alright but still too expensive for what is offered.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at The Clansman Hotel last week for one night. The hotel is adverstised as 3 Star but it's a 4 Star Hotel in my opinion. The room was silent so I had great sleep. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were 1st class and the room was filled with modern amenties such as a smart TV so I could watch Netflix. The shower room was to a very high standard with real attention to detail. It's obvious from my stay that the management/owners, take the customer experience very seriously. I had food at the rstaurant which again, was first class. The staff were really freindly, the restaurant itself has a world class view of Loch Ness which has to be seen to be believed! I will definitely visit this hotel again, it's a very professionaly run operation, really comfortable, friendly and welcoming.

The Beaufort Hotel was very disappointing. First of all, all staff had only been there under 2 weeks. New management. We booked 2 rooms....costing us about 600 pounds or $1000 CA. Upon check in, one room had a broken toilet that wouldn't flush. We were told to go enjoy our day in Inverness and it would be fixed when we returned. Upon returning to the hotel at 9pm, we could hear the toilet running as soon as we walked in. It was still broken. We went to the front desk. The man working said he had to call the manager to tell us how to resolve this. After an hour wait, we were told we would have to switch to a less expensive room with fewer beds (one being a pull out sofa bed with protruding springs). As the man on the desk was ”new”, a man in the lobby (who claimed to have worked there under the former management) has to make the room up for us. Yes...he was in street clothes....carrying a guitar....and was not a hotel employee. This room did not have the beds made when he opened the door....it honestly looked like a room they had deemed unfit and only use in case of emergency. The best were hastily (and poorly) made up. The window did now open. It was cramped and run down. The man on the front desk told us to ask in the morning about a free breakfast. Next morning, no one knew about a free breakfast. We didn't really have time to eat there anyway. I still expected to be refunded the difference between the room I booked and the room I stayed in. The manager (also new) says he cannot do any refunds. We should have received a free breakfast (no one knew about this so wouldn't honour it), and he claims he is unable to do any kind of refund. However...he says will offer us a good deal if we want to stay there again. This was a once -in-a-lifetime vacation for us. We clearly won't be back. Rooms are run down. Building is hot. All staff are new. Communication is poor. Manager/owner is incompetent and inflexible. Hotel needs major overhaul. Weird smell. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

PPengguna TetamuBest night sleep I had while in Scotland. Room was small, but clean, clean, clean! We were worried that the squeaky hallway would mean a noisy night if people walked by, but didn’t hear it all. I had had a pretty rough day, but the warm welcome we had from the gentleman at the front desk started a turn around in my day. He was helpful, gracious, and gave great advice about things to do and see. And in the evening, he helped me carry/run my late night snacks (cheese board and desserts) through the rain to my door. Not sure of his working hours, but he always seemed to be at the front desk! The ladies behind the bar at the upstairs restaurant were hilarious and worked really well with each other, as well as providing great customer service. Wi-fi was good. Electric showers had great water pressure and obviously, plenty of hot water. Comfy bed. Coffee and tea in room with cute novelty cups; and cups were a nice size (proper cupper in the morning). No lift and thicker carpet, so easier to carry cases than drag them. Plenty of parking in back. Close to most things at Loch Ness and only about 2 miles to Urquhart Castle.

PPengguna TetamuOk so it’s a hostel ! But in this day and age i expect it to be cleaned between the different parties staying here ! It’s more than just the bedding needs changed and cleaned regularly ! Ok guests please keep the kitchen clean and tidy well it didn’t happen and the mould in the fridge and the general cleanliness of shared areas left a lot to be desired !! Sorry regardless of it being our responsibility when clearly it’s not being done staff should be ensuring health and safety is paramount especially given the current climate We cleaned up after ourselves but unless we went in with scrubbers, bleach and steam cleaners it would take days to clean up the mess that was the kitchen I was in a room two singles and a double and not enough room leftover to swing a cat never mind put all our gear bags etc we were literally on top of each other There’s no shared sitting room or anywhere other than the kitchen to relax, converse or do anything really ! The bathroom was ok apart from the bath panel Hanging off oh and the mould around the bath/shower but it was hot !

Lots of negative reviews here esp the Arthur guy I looked at his pics and thought I’d go see what and where they were … took a good while 3 pics are actually of a door to the exit stair well which isn’t in use ! Ok yeah wasn’t the ritz but what do you expect for the price ! All staff were nice friendly and helpful too room was clean and comfy shower had hot water even tho one review said no hot available…. Possibly they didn’t have a wee try of it all til it had the hot on !!! One bad bit the tv Ariel obs wasn’t the best but I didn’t go to Inverness to watch telly lol

隨隨時出走Inverness Castle is the highest in Inverness. When you arrive at the accommodation, you will immediately run to the castle. The river bank is pleasant along the way. Speaking of the road, there are almost no people walking around. When you go to the castle, you will find it in the renovation. You have to go around and go down the block. By the way, use it. Europeans are very casual, many shops are playing foreign, find a home willing to receive me, buy a pair of rainbow rain shoes, so beautiful, it is the most worthwhile souvenir of my life (currently)^^

The museum and the art museum are in two exhibition areas, but very close, there are common souvenir shops to buy, you can buy a full set of photography albums of the building, it is worth collecting ～ especially beautiful, it is recommended!
Culloden Battlefield
隨隨時出走The Karoden Battlefield is a museum that remembers the Kaldeng Battle. It covers a very large area. Several pointer buildings are still there. The museum retains some ancient weapons and items. The most worth mentioning is that there is an exhibition hall inside, with white walls on all sides. After the visitors enter, they will start to show the Kaldeng War Epidemic! I cried, and the army came in all directions, and watched the Scots with their swords against the guns of the English army! With the egg-strike, the battle was broken, the roar of the enemy, the roar of guns, the attack to the center point (where I stood), the experience, super terror, although Scotland was dead and wounded, but won! So Scotland existed later.
