Hotel terbaik di Cakranegara

Een heel mooi hotel in de hoofdstad van lombok. Deze hotel heeft een zwembad, restaurant met een goede menu en een ontvangstruimte bij de receptie waar je fijn op een bank kan ontspannen en er is Wi-Fi beschikbaar. Leuke personeel die je graag help. Buiten het hotel zijn 2 ATM banken waar je geld kan pinnen. Die liggen binnen 500 meter en binnen 300 meter zijn er 2 supermarkten.

Staff try very hard to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't incredibly fancy but it tasted good and had nice touches like actual wheat bread. Near lots of shops and street food, there's not a lot for tourists in this town but this is probably the best neighborhood to be in if you are passing through. The room was nice and clean, only bad part was the mattress needed replacement. Maybe as things things pick up post-pandemic they will fix that.

Really terrible experience in this hotel. I have been charged five time more than the normal price and they didn’t even worried to give a nice room. My room at second floor had no window and with hall view. In they hall they made noise to set up table and plates for the buffet till 10.30pm and in the morning they start celebrating a wedding at7.30am. Super noisy room. The bed was provided with broken and dirty and spotted sheets. Disgusting. Aircon was old and noisy for all night long which made me sleep very bad. Bathroom and walls was dirty and with dirty spots everywhere. I had to use slippers to have a shower cause I was afraid to get some disease. Only one electric charging point in the room which makes very uncomfortable for a tourist to charge all the appliance for the following day. And all this for a crazy price of 1.2juta for such a room that is worthy 200k The receptionist guy at the check in even had the courage to mock me telling “we gave you a very special rate for you sir” Avoid this place. For sure there are much better hotel with much better and honest service. The property of this structure, allowing the management and the staff to act in this way, is really giving a bad image of the amazing Lombok and discourage tourists to come and visit the island PS when at the check out I request an official complaint form they invented all excuses to not provide it. I got scammed and didn’t expect from a hotel like this

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre propre et confortable, personnels très accueillants et serviables . Le petit déjeuner buffet très varié et délicieux. Nous y retournerons. Je recommande.

Book for place to rest before my destination. Pretty much good hotel with the price. Good location and clean room. Overall very satisfied 👍🏻
