Apart from cleanliness and location, what needs to be badly upgraded is the service here.
The communication between the staff is bad. There’s no proper passover when my room needs an attention.
I have to repeat myself 3 times again and again.
I believe there should be a proper way of handling certain matters.
Staff at restaurant, they need a proper training I believe.
Even when we speak in Bahasa or English, they seem clueless.
I do not want to mention names here but they really need a proper guidelines and training.
At both days during our breakfast, the order came completely wrong.
We prayed twice and thrice but it does not made any difference.
Good place but sadly the attitude of the staff pulled down experience stayed there.

Leider ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw. wird nicht ausreichend gepflegt. Zum Frühstück gibt es zu wenig Personal, die Auswahl ist mickrig. Der eigene Pool ist etwas ungepflegt und sehr klein, es gibt keinen eigenen großen Pool, nur vom Tauchanbieter nebenan gemeinschaftlich genutzt und eher unangenehm. Es wurde uns ein überteuerter Trip angeboten.

This lodge was absolutely gorgeous and had amazing panoramic views from the ocean to the top of Mt. Rinjani. The garden is lush and colorful and full of butterflies, dragonflies and swifts. Staff were very kind to us and the food was generally yummy though somewhat expensive compared to other restaurants nearby. The resort is an easy walk to the nearby waterfalls as well as Rinjani trailhead, but there is not much around the area. Swimming pools were nice. Our showers didn't have much water pressure and we could only get hot water to work in one bathroom. The rooms are nicely designed though and comfortable.
The only criticism I have about the dining is that they charged us for waters at meals when the water was free for guests if we just filled up our own bottles. Also, i would suggest that the staff empty out decorative containers that collect water as we saw some mosquito larvae inside them.

Отель с бамбуковыми хижинами, расположен непосредственно на берегу, необходимо принимать во внимание, что это реально бамбуковые домики, т.е. нет кондиционера(могут предоставить дополнительный вентилятор), шумоизоляции(будете слышать океан и соседей), окон(бамбуковые ставни), горячей воды. Если все это устраивает то место просто отличное, пляж пустой, скутеры в отеле есть, вопрос по развлечениям и перемещениям тоже могут решить, ресторан есть, персонал доброжелательный всегда пытается решить вашу проблему

We loved the atmosphere. Beautiful mountain back drop, stunning. Staff were very good, dinner and breakfast in their Rooftop Cafe and walking distance to a waterfall, a few stairs to conquer there.
Only one complaint, Neighbourhood dogs were noisy throughout the night.
Otherwise we loved it here.

YYonghoEven though it is located in the west side of island, I could stay peacefully. Breakfast is 150K per person. I recommend to include it when you book.
No need to move and find sunset place since just in front of resort was fantastic spot for sunset.
Strong recommend.

They obliged by shifting us to a beautifully quiet room which was lovely. Service and food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Overall, if you can book a good room the hotel and location is wonderful.

PPengguna TetamuDon’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!

CCN Man 420We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children.
The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first.
I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home.
We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit!

TTigrah12Amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Greeting us on arrival with fresh coconut juice and friendly conversation.
We stayed at the one bedroom villa for four nights. The villa is beautiful, with a big private pool, kitchen, and sitting area. The room is open air, very well ventilated, with a mosquito net around the bed and a fan that blows directly on the bed from inside the net. There is even an AC unit behind the fan for extra comfort, although we found it unnecessary to use. The bathroom is clean and large with a freshwater shower and even hot water! I expected bugs would be a problem, but was surprised by how few were around. The staff brought breakfast to our villa each morning at the time we requested along with hot fresh coffee. (French press coffee. Not instant.) The staff even offered free laundry service for us! Aari, the staff member who catered to us during our stay, is passionate about vegan cooking and offered to give us cooking lessons during our stay.
All the staff spoke fluent English and another staff member mentioned he speaks French as well.
We could not have asked for a more perfect and restful location. Highly reccomend for couples or people looking to get away from the crowds. Please check this place out!

IIsy_bisyThis hotel has so much potential. The staff and service were amazing and super friendly. The location is isolated compared to other hotels but I loved the quiet and the sound of the waves from the balcony of my room. Half the hotel is still under renovation but my room in the other half was beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant menu is very limited however with a lot of things being out of stock even for simple things like beer or spirits so no cocktails are available despite having 2 bars which was disappointing. The food I did order was good though. Both the pool on the ground floor and the one on the top are beautiful and perfect to catch the sunset 🌅 Maybe next season will be better because like I said it has the potential to be excellent.

XXiaLinCharleneFirst, I would like to mention that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good if what you are looking for is something close to the restaurants and shops but also not far from the turtle point. However, I must mention this as it came as a bit of a shock to us, the property is located right next to a mosque. They broadcast prayers 5 or 6 times a day starting at 5am. I realize that we are in their country and should respect their religious practices. But, we would have booked a different location if we had known this because the broadcast is not as loud in other parts of the island and would not disturb your sleep. The room service was also much less than what we are used to. They only clean every second day (you must hand in your key for this to happen - a detail they only told us after day 3 of staying there), but the staff did provide us with clean towels every day when we asked for it. The breakfast was also very basic, but the amazing service from the staff kind of made up for it. Overall an ok stay.

MMSantorini terletak di seberang Gili T dari pelabuhan. Saya berjalan melalui pusat pulau untuk sampai ke sana dan saya mengambil masa kira-kira 25-30 minit. Jika anda mempunyai bagasi besar atau roller, saya tidak akan mencadangkan ini. Saya hanya tidak berasa mahu cuba membuat alasan dengan pemandu kuda (tiada Grab di pulau itu) kerana ia adalah kali pertama saya dan saya tidak tahu berapa kos yang sepatutnya. PS, pemandu kuda adalah standard 100,000. Bagaimanapun, resort ini baik dan saya menerima jus selamat datang. Bilik itu agak kecil daripada yang saya bayangkan. Kekecewaan terbesar saya ialah kolam renang tidak berfungsi dan saya menempah di sana selama 3 malam. Saya terpaksa menggunakan kolam kawan saya setiap hari yang berdekatan dengan pelabuhan. Kejatuhan lain, adalah resort ini jauh dari kehidupan malam yang lebih dekat dengan pelabuhan jika anda bercadang untuk keluar lewat. Dan kembali ke resort, anda berjalan atau berbasikal menyusuri jalan yang sangat gelap ini. Saya akhirnya pergi selepas hari ke-2 kerana kolam masih tidak berfungsi. Dari segi makanan, saya hanya mencuba Ribs Goreng dan ia adalah ok. Orangnya baik dan perkhidmatannya bagus, saya mesti katakan. Mereka memberi pampasan kepada saya dengan memberi saya sewa basikal percuma. Cadangan saya adalah jika anda bercadang untuk hanya tinggal di satu tempat untuk berehat, Santorini ok untuk itu jika kolam berfungsi kerana pantai terletak di seberang resort. Tetapi jika anda bercadang untuk meneroka pulau itu dan mungkin melakukan kehidupan malam, saya akan tinggal lebih dekat dengan pelabuhan.

Расположение не удобное: на пляже в отлив сложно искупаться, нужно около 50 метров идти по острым камням и обломкам кораллов. Рядом нет никакой инфраструктуры, только одни отели. Но поесть в отеле можно вкусно, быстро и по обычной цене. Завтраки только без мяса. Сервис традиционно хороший.
