Hotel terbaik di Gorakhpur

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

Good location near a mall, movies, markets. Cooperative and helpful management and staff. Cons - Approach road to hotel from main road (it's just a 50 steps distance) may seem a little congested and somewhat dingy but once you reach the hotel gate, it's very clean and modern.

Hotel was neat and clean. Spacious. Good staff. They arranged for an extra comfortable bed as well. Could easily order food by zomato as they had only veg options

As i entered the room there was a lizard baby roaming on bed and one on curtain. On sun-day my niece came with me coz i am going to my sis house and have to put my office bag in room and take some merchandise from my room the receptionist misbehave. Sorry haven't clicked any pick.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Stay was comfortable and staff was courteous. Food was okay and not very expensive. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was available when required.

Pros: it is a big bunglow with lawn. Restaurant food quality is very good. In the middle of city. Cons: property itself is very old which reflects in rooms condition. Some rooms have seepage too. Ac was antique. Broken and without remote ( although cooling was good enough)

Rooms are good stay is nice property is pleasant but food is worst resturant laundry reception receptionist are all good in hospitality restaurant room service is good

Best in gorakhpur, mr akash mani tripathi hospitality is superb, i hd corporate booking which he upgraded, superb food nice location around 4kms from airport
