Mukesh ji from Panna, Ravinder Ji, Vinay ji and all female staff were all amazingly helpful and professionalism was top notch. We love to see that you have equally employed female staff. We cherished how you have given preference to Indian culture yet provide services like any other luxury hotels overseas. Food was so authentic, we cherished the Tea made with love at the time of breakfast and the hand made mix vegetable achar gave me nostalgia and I kept on smelling it evn after eating it and finishing it. Mukesh Ji tried to make our stay special with the surprise cake for my husband and Ravinder Ji is so cultured that our 4years old son Advait Bhatt made a ”Radhe Radhe ” bond with him. The Lalit Temple view is the only place other then the Arindam Katni we loved on our travel from Jaipur to Madhya Pradesh.

We chose Syna heritage as our destination wedding venue and no doubt it turned out to be the perfect dream destination for our dream wedding. ️ The location was just perfect giving royal feels and everything looked just mesmerising. Mahesh from Syna’s team helped out with all the arrangements and was our POC for all the requests. He made sure that all our requests were catered to at the right time and with due diligence. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a royal wedding outside of Rajasthan with the best hospitality. All our guests were also very satisfied and everything from food, to staff service to arrangements was just perfect. Thank you Syna for our dream wedding.

The stay was good. The staff was helpful and welcoming. However something happened that wasn’t pleasant. The staff switched on the main light of our room to wake up another guest at 5:30 am. No guest is a vip. For one, the entire dorm should not have been disturbed early in the morning.

The best hotel in khajuraho. Best food, good location, polite staff. Everything is awesome . Easy to raech. Rooms/bathroom is clean. Service staff is cooperative. Food is far better than any restaurent ( including Badri seth) of Khajuraho. Must visit

if you are looking for good hotel and clean rooms with friendly staff in less then 1000 Rs this hotel is for you. Best part of this hotel is it's restaurant offers you veg indian food with no greavy . if you are on long trip this place is like second home for you. i have booked for 1 day but after staying 1 night i have extended my stay for two more nights. I stayed in this new hotel, during the annual Khajuraho Dance Festival. It's on the main road, near the gas station by HP (not the computer Co.) If you expect western style amenities like bathtub, an in-room safe, 24 hour room service, and concierge desk; this is not the place for you. Pro: This is a new hotel and everything seems new and clean. The breakfast I had was on the terrace. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Cons: The WiFi is uneven, there is constant noise due to a marriage hall nearby. Breakfast choices are limited.

The property is good but services are pathetic. The staff is helpful but they are also helpless since some issues are beyond their control. The hotel management basically needs to work on many aspects before inviting guests to stay at the property the first morning of our stay the geyser was not working, the room charging points were not working. The security guard called up someone and the issue was resolved. It seems one phase does not work there is limitations on the food items on the menu. Only 3-4 dishes are available and since the property is quite isolated from the main town, there is no other option but to avail of whatever is available especially for dinner. Don't expect a basic breakfast too if you plan to leave for sightseeing by 9 am and the worst part is the bathrooms keep flooding and the water spills over to the room whenever we take bath. They have kept a mop in the bathroom expecting the guests to clear the flooded water. Also the mats kept at the entrance of the bathroom are not well equipped to hold water so some guest could skip & fall in the room there is a kettle kept but no glasses or cups kept with it. No tea bags also kept. It's just one kettle. You have to ask for a basic glass to drink water
