Hotel terbaik di Urtijëi

Siamo stati in questa struttura per cinque giorni. Leggermente in periferia ma con fermata di bus davanti all’entrata, noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi perché in dieci minuti si arriva in centro e si possono ammirare paesaggi mozzafiato. Ci siamo subito sentiti accolti; il personale e’ sempre stato molto cortese e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Ottima la cucina, con portate sempre diverse, buffet di verdure e dolci abbondanti. Confortevole e spaziosa la camera per noi che eravamo in quattro con due bagni sempre pulitissimi. La piscina coperta e’ molto ampia e con grandi vetrate con un bellissimo panorama. Esperienza positiva, hotel consigliatissimo! Ci ritorneremmo volentieri!

We had an amazing ski vacation and hope to return to Villa Emilia! Excellent location, walking distance to slopes, town, and sledding! Clean and comfortable rooms, quaint bar, and delicious food. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and first course dinner buffet! Something for everyone. The staff is warm and helpful.

We stayed for 5 nights during the last week of September and our first time in the Dolomites. It was centrally located in town and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. It was in a great location where everything is close by. We walked everywhere which was great especially after a long hike in the Val Gardena mountains. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. At check in, the reception gave us a transportation pass that was good for public transportation which we used a lot to get around Val Gardena so we just left our car in the parking lot. We knew ahead of time that we had to pay for parking and the garage is just next to the hotel. The staff were awesome and very friendly. The breakfast was very filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. I typically don’t eat pastries and the croissants were delicious. The servers at breakfast were the best and they serve coffee/cappuccino fresh. We used the jacuzzi everyday after our hike and it was a plus especially since it had beautiful Mountain View and the cable cars going up to Alpe di Suisi. We had a standard room with a good view of the city center. It was surprisingly quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was better than I expected from the friendly staff to the fantastic breakfast spread. I only wish I had taken advantage of some of the planned activities, and had dinner one night at the hotel, but we had already made other plans. We asked for a room with a balcony and loved sitting out and watching the mountains. It is central to absolutely everything and a short stroll to restaurants and shops and of course the lifts up to the mountains. The spa facilities were beautiful and comfortable, I wish they stayed open just a little longer, but I was still able to use them after a long hike. After we checked out at ten the hotel let us store our bags so we could go up one more cable car. Keep in mind that the transit pass provided does not include the chairlift/cable cars (get a three day Valgardena pass that’s good for all the chairlifts), but it will get you a free train or bus ride back to anywhere is in South Tyrol which for us was a bus to Ponte Gardena then a train to Benner. Thank you so much I hope we can return again with family.

We had an amazing week here - faultless from start to finish. We stayed in the B&B paying for full access to the hotel facilities and half board. Rooms were spotless and super comfortable. The hotel spa and pool area just lovely and everyone looked forward to a swim in the outdoor pool after skiing. Super convenient for the slopes and added bonus of shuttle bus if you didn’t want to walk. Call them at the end of the day to pick you up from the lifts too. The food was delicious and varied every night - catering for all different dietary needs within our group. Icing on the cake were the exceptionally friendly staff who could not do enough to make the stay as wonderful as possible. The bar area was lovely and social and a fabulous place to retire to for cake and a drink after skiing. We all loved it.

This was our second stay at the Adler (last time was the Balance half of the hotel). We really like this place. The rooms are rustic but roomy and good plugs availability. The view of the mountains are great. And I enjoyed the church bells going off. Wi-Fi is good but they now have a limit on devices which isn’t great. It is odd that the hotel doesn’t offer use if an iron and only offers ironing service that can take 48 hours. It seems an easy fix to offer irons and an ironing board like 99% of hotels do. The spa at the hotel is wonderful. With multiple pools and saunas. I really like the lakeside sauna as it’s got great views and the only hot hot sauna. I wish they were textile optional instead of textile free. The gym/ fitness area is great. Lots of cardio equipment, weights, a yoga room, and any equipment you need. The resident cat might be my favorite perk of the hotel. But I really enjoy the daily activity options. Great group activities and a perfect way to explore the amazing Dolomites. Breakfast is good. Mostly buffet options with pretty much anything you want - breads, eggs, pancakes, waffles, muesli, yogurt, fruit, juices, and coffee/etc to order. Dinners are tasty. I like the salad bar and the regional options. The dessert options were the most impressive. The wine list is comprehensive and includes a good variety of wines. The team is always helpful and friendly. The hike guides are great. It would be nice if they would maybe have an advanced and then a beginner option (like the ski guides). The location is perfect It’s a super short walk to two gondolas to two areas of the mountains. I Also close to many shops and restaurants. It’s a great place to enjoy the holidays and I can’t wait to go back in the summer. And of course visit the cat. 🐈‍⬛
