Hotel terbaik di Osteria Nuova

This hotel might be fine for some but wasn't for us. We were bussed and placed here by our airline after our flight out of Florence was cancelled. The hotel looked abandoned from the outside. I felt like the people from our cancelled flight were the only ones staying here. There was no where to purchase food or water. The room was very basic but it seemed clean. I wouldn't stay here if I was traveling alone. Matteo at the front desk was very nice and very helpful.

Sono stato in questo hotel lo scorso weekend in quanto allenatore di una squadra di calcio lombarda. Eravamo un gruppo di 48 persone (41 bambini + 7 adulti) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile per ogni eventualità. Posizione dell'hotel molto conveniente essendo a due passi da Bologna. Bravi!

Due to several events and the F1 race, we had serious difficulties in making a reservation in Bologna. Following recommendations from TripAdvisor reviewers, we arrived at SAN GIOVANNI and everything was confirmed... in fact, much higher than our expectations. Clean and sanitized rooms, free parking, excellent sleep quality, rich and delicious breakfast, relaxing garden.....Summarizing: Could not be better. Highly recommended.

The service in the hotel is excellent, people are kind and nice and very helpful. always mobilized for help and assistance. A room equipped with the minimum necessary for the night, a refrigerator with two bottles of water at no cost and a safe. There is public transportation near the hotel, which allows for easy movement. At the reception, bus tickets are sold at the same price that you bought outside, which makes it easier to get around. I was very satisfied with the stay at the hotel

We arrived around 1230 at night. The check in was smooth and they guy was super friendly. We booked a twin - however the room we got was a double and the beds couldn’t be split. The reception team moved us to a twin with no bother at all. The room was clean and very quiet. The beds were a little firm for our liking but it was a good night sleep. The hotel is a little dated - but we were expecting this. The breakfast was good. Your typical hotel breakfast. The free shuttle the next day was very good - had we arrived earlier the night before we would have been able to get the shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi which was around €16.00. So make sure you get the shuttle timetable from the hotel before you arrive. A pleasant one night stay.

Something isn’t right here as this place was awful yet manages to get good reviews. We got absolutely no sleep at all!! The rooms are dark, pokey and dated, the walls so paper thin you can literally hear every noise from neighbouring rooms and the neighbourhood outside. We were next to reception which is unmanned form 11pm -7am so we had the phone ringing all night as there was no answerphone clicking in. Our toilet flush was broken but there was no maintenance person to repair it and no other room to move to so we had to not use it. There were guests who ended up sleeping in the lobby overnight as there was no one to check them in and no room for them. The only positive was the receptionist lady was very polite in amongst it all… but unfortunately the manager does not seem to have the same politeness and charm. Would rather have slept in the airport seats than here.

ALBERHO ALLE PORTE DI Bolgna zona residenziale e tranquilla personale in front office molto gentile e accomodante ..per chi viaggia e deve prendere un aereo o comune alzardi presto per affari dirri che va benissimo letto comodo stanza molto minimal ma ha ciò che necessita appunto per soste brevi x lavoro ecc ..nn x stare se uno ha impegni diverso r vorrebbe dormire perché la mattina si sentono gli aerei molto ravvicinati e anche la porta del giroscsle che sbatte wuanfo scendo molto presto ..per questo dico che è perfetto per dormire e prendere l aereo il gg dopo o se uno è di passaggio..comunque con me sono stati davvero gentili..

Die vielen negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Matratze topp, unter der Matratze auch sauber, das Ambiente ist geschmackvoll, die Technik auf neuestem Stand (Zugang mit Karte, Heizung digital, Lichtschaltung vom Bett, elektrische Rollläden, Schranksave, 2 Fahrstühle). Es war gut eingeheizt. Auch das Bad war angenehm temperiert mit eigener Temperaturregelung und Lüftung. Am Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen. Großes Büfett mit ausreichend Auswahl, und leckerem Kaffee in allerlei Varianten. Deutsches Brot gab es nicht und auch kein Gemüse (Tomaten, Gurken) aber sonst gab es nichts auszusetzen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nettes, freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist im Nirvana im ländlichen Umfeld. Lamborghini hat ein Werk ganz in der Nähe. Wer will, kann dort ein Museum besichtigen. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen, für den Preis allemal.

The hotel was really clean. It was a really comfortable room and stay. It was located on the 30-minute bus, but the bus stop was close!
