PPengguna TetamuWe are a couple from Australia and I only speak a little Japanese. This was a truly AMAZING experience! The staff were so kind and friendly, giving us assistance was no issue for them. The location is stunning, the private onsen was glorious and the dinners and breakfasts were bigger than we could possibly eat (and we love our food). The price point for this experience was so good - fantastic value for money. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little adventure in the heart of countryside Japan.
If you get the chance to also visit Minamiaso (they will take you there at no extra charge) for the day, grab some e-bikes and have a ride around- take in the beautiful scenery and wonderful food options.

PPengguna TetamuThe resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano.
Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

PPengguna Tetamu攜程上找了好半天黑川温泉，因為訂的晚了，沒幾家有房間，這家性價看着還行
從博多巴士總站買了來回的票，單程3h坐過來，沿着坡下去，這家美里算離口子近的了
房間是和式的，床是單人普通床，整個酒店感覺挺衞生。
選擇了一宿二泊，晚餐早餐都偏日式，賞心悦目的，味道其實也還可以。能吃飽。
温泉分室內温泉和露天温泉，晚上泡了兩次露天的，是硫磺温泉。挺舒服
酒店斜對面有個便利店能買吃的，下去有個斜坡，有好些商店

TTo Eat and To TravelThere are many public and private bath to choose from in this ryokan. Plus you can get the kurokawa onsen pass (tegata) which gives you access to 3 external onsens in the town (most ryokans in town are participating) within one year of purchase of the tegata. We didn’t book dinner at the hotel, and used the diner time to try Nonohana お宿 野の花 and Ryokan Konoyu 黒川温泉 旅館 こうの湯, then next morning before breakfast I went to most of the onsens in the hotel, then after breakfast we checked out and tried Miyama Sanso 山みず木別邸 深山山荘, all four places (including this hotel) have amazing onsens and views. We drove so it was easier for us to try onsens far from the hotel, but driving in town wasn’t the easiest given narrow roads. The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the hotel, we kept the key with us for easy move around.

IIvanSokolovДобираться до онсенной деревни сложно, но оно того стоит. В самой деревне расположение в самом центре. К сожалению никто не встретил и по почте не ответил - поэтому снизил обслуживание. Персонал владеет английским. Все чисто и красиво, вид из окна изумительный. Ужин кайсеки замечательный, завтрак тоже хорош. Онсен хороший (женский и мужской меняются утром), но рекомендую купить пропуск в 3 других онсена в туристическом центре т.к. есть онсены поинтереснее. Фотографировать в онсене нельзя, но... фото в сети соответствуют тому что есть на самом деле. Есть 3 приватные купели - если в них никого нет, то можно зайти и пользоваться (не надо бронировать), но общие, раздельные по полу лучше. Можно оставить багаж до заселения и после выселения чтобы погулять, если вежливо попросите.

PPengguna TetamuFrom already travelled to another rakuten villa, I came with high expectation. I can definitely say that the villa is on par with the other ones. It has a very big living space, very well cleaned, newly built, plenty of equipments and amenities. I believe what stands out the most is the private Onsen and sauna, which is not offered in many places.
Travelers would want to travel here when there is day light, I went during the night and it was pitch black, the road is narrow, windy and uphill which required high level of cautiousness.
Overall a highly recommend this place when travelling to nearby region.

TToeyที่พักดี อุปกรณ์สะดวกครบครัน ซื้ออาหารสดไปทำทานเอง อากาศดี ลมแรง อย่างฟิน คนดูแลน่ารักมากๆ ราคาถือว่าค่อนข้างถูกถ้าเทียบกับที่พักอื่นในบริเวณนั้น ไปครอบครัวจองออนเซนส่วนตัวถูกมากๆ

Very impressed, the place and the atmosphere can be said to be very good. receptionist Smile and help in every aspect. If coming, will definitely choose to come back to stay here.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a great place to stay if you want to be in a peaceful and quiet location. It is in the village with not much disturbances. The owner is very helpful and try to answer your questions about bus and train services in the area. You can find some local restaurants nearby using your Google map. The restaurants are close around 3 to 4 pm most days. The closing hours for the restaurants are not accurate. This is a small town; if they don’t have costumers after a certain hours in the evening, they will be closed. Be mindful about that and come prepared with snacks and food!
