We were late but the resort welcome us and did not close the bath early to accommodate us. Great job to foreigners travellers like us. We were late because of delays in the car rental office. The only thing is BBQ inside the building is not what we always practice in our own country. So all of us were BBQ with tears 😭 and ended the session ASAP 😅
The breakfast was ok.

The best accommodation for glamping ever!! At the beginning, I was disappointed as I didn’t notice that the bus left the JR station at 1750… Yet, the service and the facilities were mind blowing to us. The house was way too big to just two of us😂😂😂Although the staff was not familiar with English, they tried their best to translate their Japanese in Google, this was touching to us (Japanese is very professional and polite to everyone ). One of the male staff guided us to prepare our dinner and breakfast, and these meals were unbelievably delicious to us. It was hard to imagine how we would prepare a nice meal “by “ ourselves. The house was very roomy that you can enjoy your shower in a big bath tub.They also offered us discount coupon for ATV riding. There were free ice cream , sparklers and bread. The synesthesia illumination was a must-go destination as we took many gorgeous photos there. I would definitely go there again if the onsen would reopen later. Once again, I wanna express my gratitude to the staff there.

We booked for 2 adult and 2kids, (listed clearly in the booking) but they only got a booking for 2 adult. (from the third party incoming book ( not trip.com) . We both feel confused.
They asked for add money if we add 2 kids (they will provide additional bed and food) , but we refused.
Finally we haven't add money and only have accommodation for 2 adults. Lady was nice even she confuse about the booking,(that's trip.com problem not their's )
food were good.
only got heater in the room but not in corridor and toilet.

We stayed whilst visiting family in Kyotamba. The staff were super friendly, the 10 minute walk into central Kyotamba was easy and the complex next door great for quick shopping. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as we were out exploring during the daytime but the rooms were very clean and the beds very comfy. Will stay again!

I've stayed there for 2 nights and everything is just amazing. The staff upgraded my room which had a sauna and bath tub. Snacks and drinks were replenished every day. The breakfast was great and the dinner was just amazing. They provided a variety of drinks (wine, sake, juice, tea, coffee, etc.) and it's all you can drink. They also provided free beers and drinks in the lobby resting area and you can watch live sports there at night. The hot spring is great as well. Highly recommend!

KKAM FAI在山村郊區我們明白不能要求太多,不可能給你一個五星的住宿地方。如果客觀地看待的話,房間沒有浴室的,大澡場和洗手間都是在公共空間裏的.早餐晚餐方面也不會太差.設施都有著歲月的痕跡,這些我們都要接受,因為真的在效區,沒有太多的選擇,有個地方給你兩餐溫飽有瓦遮頭,有地方給你舒舒服服洗澡山區來說已經很不錯,唯一真的要注意的是昆蟲比較多.

PPengguna TetamuOur stay was amazing! The location in the Japanese countryside is absolutely beautiful, and the ryokan itself was amazing as well. The rooms were comfortable, the baths were relaxing, and the food prepared by the staff in front of you was delicious. Everyone there was very friendly towards us as well, I would happily go again.
