乾淨整潔，比民宿小比膠囊旅館大，吹風機微波爐全有，很適合一個人住。值得注意的是，因為周圍沒有公交站所以最好開車來。

石岡駅からは徒歩20分、国道6号沿いに立地、あれこれ選ばなければ国道沿いなので飲食店はある。ホテル敷地内の駐車スペースは広い、チェックイン手続き・支払い共に有人対応、フロント前に無料コーヒーがある。部屋は一般的なビジネスホテルタイプだが広い、椅子はミニソファタイプ、年月が経っていないので部屋やユニットバスは綺麗。1階大浴場の脱衣場は脱衣籠12個、貴重品ローカーは脱衣場ではなく外の通路にあるので予めルームキーを入れた方がいい。浴室内の洗い場は約12個、6〜7人程度入れる内湯、露天風呂とサウナと水風呂はない。今回は早朝出発だったので朝食は食べられなかったが快適に過ごせた。

訂的日式房 看看圖上 這氛圍真的很好我真的很喜歡 體驗一下還是不錯的
優點是離車站很近 步行2分鐘就到 但是缺點也是離車站很近 床邊就是鐵軌能聽到噹噹噹噹聲和電車疾馳而過的聲音 平時差不多十分鐘一輛的頻率 深夜后大概半小時一輛 對睡眠不好的人來說真的是很受罪 日式房間的窗戶是紙糊的 沒有任何遮光效果 早上五點多就被亮光和電車呼嘯聲鬧醒了 此房間僅供嘗鮮體驗 休息效果實在太差了
酒店安排了牛排晚餐 但是牛排煎得很老 蔬菜很新鮮很甜很好吃 早餐可以選擇日式也可以選擇西式 日式的話就是一條鹹魚（真的很咸）一盒納豆和煎蛋 你自己搬着飯和味增湯 感覺一般般 西式的話是幾個麵包酸奶色拉肉和蛋 飲料是自取的 感覺西式更符合我的口味

這是一家讓我感覺恐怖的酒店。走廊沒有燈光非常昏暗，房間也是，陳舊破敗。看完房間我連房費都沒退，直接退房走人。裏面的恐怖氛圍讓人記憶深刻。😭

車で水戸を訪れるなら。駅前周辺だと駐車場代が必要であった、ところがである。 訪問日は梅まつりの頃。 ホテルは県庁のそば、県庁からもまた県庁前バス停もありバスが結構乗ることできるので不便ではない場所と思われる。 ホテルは安定の「ルートイン」、造りはほぼ同じ。 大浴場もあり（洗い場は５つ）朝食も付く。 ただ、周りに飲食店がそれほどあるわけでもなく、日曜日休みだったりして。 ホテル周辺での夕食予定される場合は事前チェックを。 バス夜も動いていそうなので水戸の中心部で食してという方法もあるが、バス時間のチェックを！
