Не сказать, что я была в восторге от этого отеля, но также не могу и сказать, что это было очень плохо. Возникли смешанные чувства от пребывания тут, отсюда и такая оценка. Месторасположение с точки зрения близости к аэропорту – отличное. А с точки зрения жизни не очень удобное. И тут я имею в виду не расположение относительно центра города даже. Под окнами находится мойка и заправка, где ночью и утром по громкоговорителю женщина общается с клиентами, это сильно мешает сну и влияет на общее самочувствие. Шторы также приходилось зашторивать, иначе прожектор света будет мешать сну. В общем, мои ночи были неспокойные: свет в окне, невозможность открыть окно, чтобы пустить свежий воздух (хотя возможно это и к лучшему). Приходилось объяснять таксистам где находится главный вход в отель, который выглядит как служебный и не с первого раза догадаешься, что именно там вход. Собственный бесплатный трансфер – это чудо, им хочется сказать огромное спасибо за две прекрасные поездки. Первая, с аэропорта, спасибо замечательному мужчине, что пока я решала вопрос с утерянным багажом, он не уехал и ждал меня этот час, хотя мы даже не связывались, потому что на нервах я забыла предупредить отель, что задерживаюсь на выходе из аэропорта. Огромное человеческое спасибо! Поездка в аэропорт оказалась не менее комфортной, все было вовремя и на высшем уровне! Персонал на ресепшене всегда был приветливым, отзывчивым, шел навстречу, когда необходимо было. Спасибо вам большое) Обслуживание в номерах также было отличным. Что касается внутреннего убранства, то в номере было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания, правда за столом оказалось крайне неудобно работать, если только вы не любитель закидывать ногу на ногу и тп.

I had an 11 hour layover between my flight from Dubai to my flight to Atyrau and was really searching for a hotel near the airport that was convenient and reasonably priced. Grand Hotel Erbil is both of those. I made the booking online with the option to pay on arrival. The booking made provision for a free shuttle pickup from the airport and a very reasonable transfer back the following morning. The hotel confirmed everything by Whatsapp. Contactless payment. Clean room. Clean linen. Friendly and efficient service. I ordered a simple burger and chips via WhatsApp and the food arrived hot and fresh. Minibar is fully stocked and reasonably priced. Their menu is extensive (55 page book) and they cater for everything from a bowl of hummus to platters of meats, cakes, cocktails, etc. For a traveller, this hotel is well worth it. So, I booked 4 nights on two separate bookings for different rooms having extended my stay in Almaty. As such, the photos provided represent a ground-floor double room and a upstairs family room with a mezzanine. Most importantly, for the price paid, which was very reasonable indeed, I consider the hotel to be of superb value. As such I shall order my opinions according to their importance. Firstly. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay including the security. Secondly, I approve of the interior of the hotel - the overall design of the rooms being very comfortable indeed, and unusually spacious. The breakfast from 7-10 was cosy and supplied all the necessaries, though I would recommend fried eggs for the future. In addition to the above, the double room had satellite TV with access to the internet - i.e. YouTube etc. The swimming pool, though I didn't use it looks fantastic, and the restaurant food is well-priced and delicious (I recommend the lentil soup, with Chicken-Spinach and a side of rice). Though there was construction work happening which could have been a little more tidy given that some guests have to navigate through it, I would still rate this hotel a 5/5 for the value of the booking. 👍

Полотенца застиранные и видно что старые может и чистые но прям серые С водой проблемы, ее то совсем нет или нет горячей. Умыться даже нечем. На завтрак даже элементарного кофе нету, это очень печально(( на самом деле завтрак совсем не похож на шведский стол скорее на школьную столовку😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️

This trip I had a room where a refrigerator and AC doesn't work well, the shower cabin had bad drain. Somewhere smoking and I feeled tobacco smell in the room. And when I opened my window for ventilation I listened every 15 minutes planes. No need to stay in the 703 room.

Had a really wonderful stay here. The staff were absolutely top notch! They organized my airport transfers, and transfers within the city, to perfection. Always quick to respond over email. The hotel too was very nice. Newly refurbished rooms, and a really wonderful rooftop spa. Only one small issue was the room was too hot, and it wasn't possible to control the temperature.

Подходит для переночевать на одну или две ночи. Немного устарелая мебель в номере. Есть общая кухня с плитой и посудой. Два общих санузла с душевыми. Соседи не шумят. Рядом торговый центр с супермаркетом.

Good size room, more amenities than expected for an Ibis including dressing gown and slippers. Small modern bathroom. It's a new hotel but some fixtures already show wear and tear, for example the toilet paper holder is coming away from the wall. I like the filtered water stations for endless refills of your provided carafe. Great location, shops and restaurants all around. Good gym and large modern sauna. Helpful staff provide good service and speak English. ”Line Brew” attached restaurant has delicious food at very reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet is a standard selection. Great value and recommended.

The hotel ist exceptional and good. The rooms are spacious and of high quality, the beds super and great. Fresh fruits, coffee and some small sweets are in the rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For me it is the best solution with a fair relationship of price and service in Almaty. I had a service issue and the issue has been solved for my full satisfaction by the manager within a few hours. Extremely customer oriented hotel and management. Anytime to be recommended

Это самый отвратительный отель из всех, с которыми приходилось сталкиваться. И дело даже не в маленьких номерах - это как раз можно объяснить низкой ценой. Приехал по работе, проживал 6 ночей, за это время в номере ни разу не убрались, не поменяли бельё и полотенца! Даже мусор не вынесли. Завтрак просто ужасен - даже булочку удалось испортить (вся жирная в масле, с отвратным вкусом). Чек готовили два дня (!) после выселения. Хорошо, я не сразу уехал из Алматы, а просто переселился. В общем, если останавливаться на пару ночей без завтрака, то, наверно, норм. Но на долгие остановки не подходит.
