Hotel terbaik di Velassaru

Kali kedua saya pergi ke Madai, saya melakukan perjalanan singkat ke Velasaru bersama bayi saya yang berusia 3 tahun dan mendapat satu lagi masa yang indah. Kebersihan: Saya tinggal di Rumah Pasir selama 2 malam Setiap hari, kakitangan akan bertanya sama ada mereka akan membersihkannya dengan sangat teliti dan memberi saya ibu jari untuk sikap kerjanya. Kemudahan: Disebabkan musim hujan, angin dan ombak sangat kuat pada asalnya saya bercadang untuk merasai restoran Jepun Teppanyaki, tetapi ternyata ia ditutup pada malam Ahad saya tidak dapat makan di restoran lain tanpa membuat tempahan. Saya hanya boleh makan malam bufet di restoran utama Memuji layan diri Velasaru, saya secara peribadi merasakan ia sangat bagus. Rasanya lebih enak daripada yang saya ada di Keluarga Xi Ya sebelum ini. Haha, saya tidak sempat makan aiskrim round-the-island dua kali sehari. Persekitaran: Lagun ini sangat cantik apabila diambil gambar Hujan turun sedikit sebelum pergi ke pulau dan saya bimbang sepanjang perjalanan akan hujan Mujurlah hari itu cerah, dan gambar-gambarnya sangat bagus, haha Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan di pulau itu sangat bersemangat dan akan bertanya khabar dan menghiburkan kanak-kanak apabila mereka bertemu.

I was there last week and the experience was tremendous I was there for my honeymoon the stuff were very kind And special thanks to our butler Michelle who was the best, she have made every moment of our honeymoon special with romantic dinner, bed decorations and honeymoon cake She was available 24 hours for us If I want to visit Maldives again I will definitely come to this resort

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! Great clean property that went above and beyond when it came to cleaning and friendliness to its patrons. We flew around the world and they made us feel very welcomed. Just know you won’t know what’s all inclusive until you get there and it’s not all inclusive but it’s still worth the price in my Opinion especially if you don’t want premium liquor. Don’t use the mini bar, it’s pointless and they charge you a lot of money for the same product if you get it free with all inclusive at the different outlets around the facility

Perfect!!! Butler Ahsan is best. He was so kind and nice. All the staff were kind and the facilities were excellent. I really want to go again next year on vacation. After checking out, I was touched by the kind handling of the airport movement, airport procedures, luggage movement, and farewell greetings.

With a very high charge of room they were not even able to provide the disposable room slippers and a disposable dental kit. Staff was pathetic with zero idea and knowledge about hospitality sector. Staff is not at all trained for hotel industry and they take everything for granted. Zero emphasis on guest experience and only they care about is quickly taking the payment from the guest. Their staff at reception says something and the housekeeping staff talks just opposite of that and there is no coordination between them and this makes the whole situation a lot of mess for guests. No soundproofing in the room as the guests talking in the corridor outside the room can be heard talking loudly till the late hours in the night. No intercom in the room so the only way for communication with the hotel is to put a WhatsApp message and pathetically either they respond after hours or do not respond at all on WhatsApp. No soap or liquid hand wash provided at the wash basin for washing hands. Toilet tissue paper was of such bad quality that it was tearing apart even while separating it from the tissue roll. There is a cafe attached to the hotel where the staff has no manners of communication with the guests and are very rude at times. They even try to manipulate the rates on the menu card after the placement of the order and after ordering try to increase the rates by saying that there is a printing mistake in the menu card. Overall the experience was worst and I would suggest and urge all the guests considering their stay at this property to avoid staying there so as to avoid any disappointment during and after the stay.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived at the airport we were so welcome by so the staff. The resort itself is beautiful and kept really well. This is high quality resort with a very personalised touch. Shohel, our house keeper, made such a difference and was very courteous and thoughtful. We stayed for our anniversary and was met with such a beautiful display. The room was quite spacious as we stayed in an overwater villa and was quite private. The beautiful reefs are worth exploring. All the activities in the resort are so much fun and the staff make it much more enjoyable filling in any knowledge gaps and answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying as we’ve decided we’d love to come back in the future.

My wife and I had a great time in Embudu! It’s an experience you expect when you talk about the Maldives, but with an affordable price. The island has all the comforts you expect from a resort, such as: diving (you have a diving center which can provide you with all necessary instructions, equipment and even lessons for certification, which I got), water sports (such as cannoo for example), various tours (diving/snorkleing and also other island visits) and beautifull beaches. The food is great (they have different themes for meals on different days) and great staff. I would like to single out 2 people who left us with great impressions: - Md Hossain, a waiter who has been incredibly kind, pleasant to talk to, fast in his work and helpfull in giving information about all our tours or anything we asked him about. - Siddharth Raju who has been my diving instructor, gave me great lessons, taught me a great deal about diving and enabled me to get my certification. Also, a great person to talk to in general. All recommendations for this island in general for whoever is looking for a great Maldivian experience in a resort but is on a budget compared to other resorts.
