This hotel is the best hotel in Bagan Serai, Perak even this area doesn't have many hotels. Room facility is not too bad. Very comfortable. Well air-conditioning. However, water is not hot at shower room, they don't provide instant black coffee but they provided white coffe and milk tea (Teh tarik) each, there is only one plug on table working for charging and using kettle.

Accompany my spouse for her office outing. Ticketing - need to queue in distancing due to new norm / SOP and the likes. Luckily come earlier so dont have to wait for along time. My colleague bought the ticket online also need to queue due to system hiccups. Foodcourt - not so much choices. Need to secure sitting and no readily cleaner to clear the tables. The price quite high since no choices people still have to. Waterpark - nice. Alot of choices according to theme. Safety Issue - there is an electrical cable laid on ground withour cover or protection. Some part of it soaked in rain water.

Apartment yang sudah lama, tetapi dalamnya agak bersih. Pendingin udara di luar bilik sudah tidak sejuk. Keadaan sekeliling agak sunyi pada waktu malam kerana kurang penghuni. Lampu sepanjang koridor pun tidak menyala.

-Harap boleh tambah nota check in 2.30 untuk hari jumaat bagi menghormati waktu solat jumaat, atau lebih baik standardizekan saja waktu check in 2.30
-Bangunan agak sunyi tapi bilik selesa. Sepadan dengan harga la kan.
-Staff ok, tapi kesian ada sorang saja.

O&G is great. Syahrul and Bethany are the staff who attended to us and Syahrul was there to see us off. They are professional and friendly. Hotel room was very nice and spacious. This hotel operates like a 5 star hotel with proper change of towels and they provide hand towels. The room is fully equipped with a safe, fridge, tv, bottles of water, coffee & tea, toiletries, hair dryer and most important of all, plug points at each side of the bed!!! We enjoyed our stay and if we ever get to visit again, O&G will be our choice.

Okay everything. Secured car parking within the hotel gated compound. aircond working nicely, bed & pillows are okay. The toilet & shower are okay too. Pricewise also affordable.

This hotel has the best ‘pekan’ location in Parit Buntar with CU, KFC and Family Mart just down the building. Mosque is just cross the street if we there for Raya celebration. Unfortunately, the hotel is really bad for the price. It doesn’t matter if the hotel is ayam type, but charging with nearly RM300 per night for hotel ayam is really bad. Upon c/in, the receptionist is really like gangster kampung with serious face all the time. Probably because has to work during malam raya. The room is really weird with office type lamp and not comfortable. At night time we can hear rempit across the street. Because the window is not sound proof, it is really hard to sleep at night because the noise from the street.
