our stay at your venue was breathtaking since it was the first time for me and my spouse to overnight (it was our 37th anniversary) there and experience the best of luxury and hospitality in our own country. We already promoted our stay via photos and spreading our experience to friends and family. Keep up the good work and image that you send out internationally! We both agreed that next time we will be staying a bit longer.

I stayed for one night and moved to Movenpick as an upgrade, Mercure was fantastic, spacious rooms, neatly cleaned and well maintained Hotel. Carpets might need to be changed as they look outdated. I would definitely recommend to my business partners. The Nomad Restaurant has a vibey environment and had dinner ”under the stars””outside. Fantastic eperience

As an avid global traveller, I have never experienced a hotel as bad as this. As a business traveller Internet connectivity is very important and in this establishment it was lacking. 3 days of complaining and no result. The responses I got from the front desk when I complained was scary. I’m not gonna go into details but do yourself a favour and stay clear from this place. Not in line with the Marriott brand

Уютный небольшой отель, практически дача в тяти минутах ходьбы оо главной улицы столицы. Сытные завтраки, возможность получить ланчи (фиксированый в зависимости от дня недели) и ужин на заказ по меню. Есть небольшой бассейн, бекз подогрева. а самое главное - множество столиков и кресел во дворике в тени деревьев или под навесом, Хорошая уборка, любезный персонал. В шаговой доступности супермаркет и аптека. ДО центра на такси минут 8-10 и примерно 100 рубле1й в пересачете, работает наш Яндекса-гоу. За углом в трех минутах ходьбы - Национальный архив и Национальная библиотека

Highly recommend Hillside. Excellent staff especially Cliffort, helpfull and friendly. He went out of his way to assist us in the rainy weather, you are appreciated. Arranged a shuttle for us from our training centre to the accomodation.

Llxgnet野橄欖酒店的房間很棒，有卧室、客廳、廚房和小陽台，空間超大，住起來舒服，每套房都配有自己的停車位，對自駕的客人非常友好。此外，酒店大院對面就是一個大超市，生活非常方便。很喜歡，過幾天再回温得和克時還會再訂這家。

Aautumn titaniumThis place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

Maria was extremely professional and helpful, She’s a joy to be around. Maria was able to answer all our questions about sightseeing in the area and provided helpful information regarding safety and shopping. Marie picked up after us immediately and continuously kept the entire lounge clean.

NnickiBHThe whole hotel has the theme of winery…each building was named under a wine. The outlook didn’t seem to be too appealing for me. Reception closed at 7pm when we arrived…..too bad for the two of us (both adults) sharing the room , we were given only one key (even we requested, porter said receptionist left already….very inconvenient because u need the key card to open the electric back gate to go to the restaurant and return ! The receptionist wasn’t friendly, in fact very very rude to customers…..the worst in our whole trip in Namibia (consider this hotel being either the first stop or the last stop of the trip in this country….she ruined either a good first impression of the country, or the fond memories we had collected during our trip here!!!) WiFi was strong. Room was spacious enough with a small patio outdoors (ground floor rooms). There were 6 USB chargers which were really handy. However, the toilet seat cover kept falling on our back when we sat on it, and that was very annoying and not hygienic (room Merlot M2)! Breakfast and dinner were in the restaurant Stellenbosch across the road (using room card to unlock back gate). Breakfast (our day was a la carte) was ok….a bit slow….guess it would be nicer if we had come on a day with buffet BF. Dinner was very so so….the fried calamari was the only tasty dish… the main we ordered was Hake…which came out to be just fish and chips …and the mango dessert was missing mango….so most of us were quite disappointed.

This was a perfect stop for our first night in Namibia. After a long flight and getting our rental car we just wanted something easy to find. The location of this hotel is great, a bit in the outskirts of the city, but not too far. There's a gas station across the road, very convenient for filling up. It's also close to The Grove shopping mall. For us, heading southwest the next day, this was the perfect location. We had a hut, which served us well. No luxury, but easy parking outside the hut, and with a safe and clean room. Breakfast was good, a decent selection and quality. Also plus for a restaurant on site for an evening meal. If you're looking for a good value hotel in a good location, this is definitely recommended.

HHuppertDavidWe liked the King Room (Accessible) which had a bathtub and a working refrigerator and heater but mistakenly reserved the regular King Room on the trip back which had no heat or working refrigerator, but we made do for a couple of days. The Hilton Garden Inn is less expensive than the regular Hilton next door so some inconveniences should be expected when staying here. The Hilton Garden Inn did allow me to use the fully equipped fitness center at the regular Hilton since theirs wasn't functioning. The hotel shuttle to the airport was a bit pricey and we ended up using our own transportation to/from the Windhoek airport. Overall, it could have been better.

DDreamer05861322348A mall is next door but you need to taxi to see any sites. Outlets are strangely hidden behind furniture which makes it inconvenient to charge your phone. The remote for the TV and A/C is bizarrely given to you with the room key, it should stay in the room. And thus the a/c was not on when I entered the room. The free bottles water was not the fridge where I could have had cold water waiting for me. The behind the bed lamp takes the room lighting from dim yellow to natural white yet it doesn't stay on for long and would start flickering. The ceiling light is in your eyes when you're lying in bed looking at your phone. I found a roach in my room so I shouldn't have left my suitcase open. Bedsheets had a blood stain on them. There's no room for towels in the bedroom so it took me a minute to find them in the room. No solid hand soap for sink, just body wash in a tube. Towel had stains on it, bathroom mirror is too low, its next to the sink. it should be a few inches higher. Rate is $51 a night for a single room, they they charge extra per child. Don't get a room on the first floor. The hotel doesn't have umbrellas for guests. The restaurant menu does not have a meat free pasta option for vegetarians. They have a whole seafood section but not a vegetarian option. The alfredo pasta was more like a cheddar soup. Service is slow in restaurant, then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. They had an impressive collection of cakes. For breakfast they put the salami together with the cheese, cucumber and tomatoes and only one tong. I don't want to eat a cucumber that's touching meat. The mushrooms were burnt beyond recognition. Only canned fruit was served at breakfast. I liked the passion fruit welcome drink when I arrived at the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThis is an excellent hotel positioned well for car pick up from Gowana, wonderful staff, great abilities, the only problem we have was our air-conditioning in the executive room was not functioning. However, the food and the staff are excellent and the rooms were well decorated and nicely laid out. Excellent Wi-Fi, and a great mix of businesses on site
