Excellent hôtel, chambre moderne, spacieuse et très propre. Le lit est fantastique immense et super confortable, un rêve. La piscine est très grande et super agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très très bien. Le bar est très agréable mais le grand plus c’est le personnel professionnel, amical, super efficace, attentionné, un vrai service cinq étoiles. Bravo. 🤩

El hotel no es muy grande en tamaño, pero ofrece una buena relación de calidad/precio. Sobre todo si aprovechas las promociones esta plataforma. Excelente ubicación, tienes el Metromall a unos metros, puedes llegar/ir desde/hasta el aeropuerto usando el tren , y cruzando la calle está Los Pueblos, donde encontrarás otras tiendas, posiblemente con precios más bajos. Tiene piscina y restaurante, ambos abiertos hasta las 11pm y un gimnasio pequeño al que puedes acceder 24/7. Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, acceso con tarjeta, con una cafetera y dos cápsulas de cortesía, así como una botella de agua. Tina de baño y regadera con agua caliente. Plancha y tabla para planchar, clóset, frigorífico y una caja fuerte. Adquirir habitación con desayuno es buena opción, se sirve desde las 6 de la mañana, es buffet con opciones limitadas pero seguro hay algo para todos los gustos. Si te gusta desayunar temprano o tienes un vuelo a las 9am, es una opción excelente, puede ser difícil encontrar donde desayunar temprano por esos lados y en el aeropuerto será más caro. El personal es muy amable y te permiten hacer check-in desde la mañana, aunque eso depende de la disponibilidad, no es obligación pero te ayudan si está en sus posibilidades.

Positive: The proximity to the airport, the free shuttle service, the breakfast buffet is sufficient, the pool, the gym (although small is fine for a temporary workout). Negative: The sheets seem to be losing their original white color even though they looked washed or clean. TV channels not very varied.

Service at the reception is efficient. Breakfast could offer a few more options. There is a small swimming pool at the rooftop.

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

No cuentan con servicio de recogida. Únicamente hacia el aeropuerto en horario de 5, 8 y 13 horas.

Hotel con amplias instalaciones, con ******, pileta, tiendas y restaurantes. La pastelería/bar Las Hadas, tenía muy buena comida, buena atención y se encontraba abierto las 24hs. La habitación era grande con linda vista al Océano Pacífico y todos los días dejaban agua embotellada de cortesía. Un punto negativo es que 1 día se olvidaron de hacer la limpieza de la habitación. Al llamar a recepción para reclamar, nos ofrecieron hacerla, pero ya era de noche. Como opinión personal, no me gustó que el baño tenga un vidrio esmerilado en vez de tener una pared, por lo que no tenía mucha privacidad.

Wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was okay very lacking. Breakfast was boring, and monotonous ended up just getting breakfast at the malls. Valet basically non existent, annoying taxi service at entrance, really annoyed that there barely were any floor staff especially upon check in. Will stay again because of location and price.
