Hotel terbaik di Kista

Spent 4 nights in this hotel on a business trip, and I really can't complain. Location is great - 5-10 minutes away from the Kista mall where there's also a blue line metro stop (20 minutes to central Stockholm). Single superior rooms are quite comfortable and spacious, bathroom too. Only minor issue could be the missing mini-bar/fridge, if you need one. However, there is an ice dispenser on each floor hallway, which is useful for preparing cold drinks in your room. Breakfast has enough choices for every taste and the food is quite good. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful and is available by phone even at night when they aren't at the reception. Would like to stay here again on future business trips.

*10 minutes from the shopping center, where you have a store, 15/20 minutes by taxi or train to the center of Stockholm. * I don't understand why I have to throw out the trash and clean up after myself when I'm already paying to stay. On the day of arrival, I received a message from the person who cleaned the room, asking how it was cleaned. The attached photos show hair on the bed, a torn duvet cover, and yellow stains on the pillow and mattress. When I'm already paying to stay somewhere, I expect clean, not this..

I booked their single room without window, as I both have no need for excessive in-room amenities and also greatly enjoy small, cosy places (this is not a sarcastic statement: I truly loved the tiny room). There was enough space in the room for the bed, an additional cutout for a small desk, and the private bathroom was nearly twice the size of the rest of the room itself. The walls were painted in a dark grey or purple, as were the bed dressings. It was a perfect, cosy little nook in which I could sleep and unwind a little. Their breakfast is pretty standard fare, no complaints nor highlights. I was content with the mini croissants, yoghurt and fruit; though an unsweetened yoghurt option would have been nice (but again, not a complaint). One issue I have however is with the parking fees. It is advertised on the ********** website, as well as the English version of the hotel's own site that parking is SEK100,-/day. However, their internal system, and as I later found while verifying, their Swedish website both state SEK150,-/day. I did not follow up on this until the next day as I arrived late in the evening and checked the listings after having checked in. The monetary difference is negligible, however this was frustrating to be presented with at the point of payment and not updated across the platforms this hotel advertises on. When I asked at the desk about it and showed the FD staff the ********** and English version of their site with the lower amount, I was given an apologetic look and the professional version of throwing one's hands up in helplessness. I don't expect grovelling nor immediate refunds (I have read r/TalesFromtheFrontDesk for long enough) but at least a mention that it will be sent up the chain of command would allay my feeling of being misled. Parking in any case is in an underground lot accessible via your hotel card key.

Travelled with my Mum, the room was nice and modern, however the window was left open for quite a while it seems, so the room was chilly to start with but it heated up quite quickly. It was good to have a bath (in twin rooms) and good breakfast selection with a few vegan specific items. Location is convenient as it's just a few metro stops from the centre and there is Lidl and shopping centre near by. Be aware though that getting to the Arlanda Airport is not as quick or straight forward as it seems from proximity on the map, so either plan the exact route ahead of time or a taxi was not too expensive - £28 one way.

Price vs. value not as expected. 2000SEK for one night, but I had to do the check-in by myself (if I want to do computer programming, I will go to my office and do Python, C## etc. but in a hotel I appreciate to be welcomed by a human person and not a tablet). Rooms are very tiny, beds not very comfortable and when check-out it was not possible to put my company address on the invoice. there are countries where tax legislation requires this. Breakfeast was ok, but also here, I had to clean my table. Sorry, I do not mind to do some work by myself, but for a 2000SEK price I expect some better service.

Long Stay in the studio hotel for a month . The location is perfect close to the Kista Galaria with free parking space for guest .Did not use the gym , sauna or laundry so cannot comment on that . Very friendly reception staff. Rooms are very clean . The only downside here is the breakfast at this studio hotel . It is HORRIBLE and not worth the money . One could have a much better breakfast at the Kista galaria or other restaurants around for half the price and much better quality . Will recommend and will visit this hotel again but never will i have BREAKFAST .

A good and comfortable newly opened hotel. Nice rooms with everything you need on a trip, even a safe. Incredibly comfortable beds and good bed linen. Spacious and well-equipped gym. Convenient to work out at any time. SPA is perfect. Restaurant, breakfast and service left only positive emotions. Convenient location, metro 5 minutes walk away. I can only point out 2 minuses: the quality of room cleaning and parking. regarding cleaning, perhaps because of the holidays, we were there for Christmas, but stains on the table and hair on the floor that were not removed during cleaning, this is what the managers need to work on. regarding parking: be extremely careful when parking near the hotel, in all parking lots! you can get a fine for everything. and the parking service comes here as if to work.

Stayed here with family of 3 in a family room, the view was amazing but the bathroom was in a bad condition, lack of maintanance, clogged wash basin and Bathtub. Staff is not welcoming either. the Scandic standard is falling compared to what it was few years back. going towards low budget hotel by cutting corners, thier Best price gaurentee is a bluff and they wont give you and benifit if you show them best price elsewhere. happend with me so dont trust the website do your own reserch.
