could be a little better,but the rooms were cleaned, and the breakfast was good.

From when I check in, I already knew my stay was gonna be lovely, great customer service, all needs was meant, my kids enjoy the basketball court , the suite was nice , a lil odor Bessie if the disposable, and hopefully next time , we can use the fire pit , over all was great 10/10 especially for price.

房間挺大，可以送機，可以點到外賣，離開機場非常近，附近還有個小廣場，可以約人吃飯，總的來説還算可以吧，沒有嘗試早飯

Highly recommend this place! We were treated so well. They were very accommodating to us as we were traveling on bicycle. The home is beautiful. There are lovely gardens to enjoy. Our room was quiet, clean, and felt safe.

在搜索奧爾巴尼的旅遊攻略時，發現評價說城市的Downtown不是很安全，於是便搜索了周邊的校園區，發現距離城市開車10min就有University at Albany校園區，這周邊的酒店也有許多選擇，於是便將酒店定在了校園區附近 感覺這邊的酒店性價比相比市區會高很多，市區大部分的酒店都沒有獨立的停車場，需要街pa，而校園區附近的酒店都是可以免費停車的。房間也很大，酒店不含早，如果要升級早餐，需要付11刀一個人，建議還是開去市區吃Brunch。酒店的房間很大，而且設施也很齊全

it was so so nice to have a bathtub in the US! there is an issue with third party booking and breakfast. Paid extra on this app to have a breakfast, and at the reception was told that they have begged third party booking to charge for breakfasts as they cannot provide them.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it’s nice and quiet. The AC made an annoying noise but I just unplugged it because it wasn’t hot that night.

Stay in the Executive Floor , the lounge closing hour is not as stated, lounge service and front desk is below average. The fitness center and pool area is closed anytime, you have to call someone to open it. The accessibility is very limited. Housekeeping service is good.
