Our stay was fine once we found the hotel. We arrived right before dark and the sign was not lit up, so we had trouble finding the hotel. Other than that, our stay was lovely and everyone we interacted with was super helpful.

Wwvjch01A beautiful little inn on the shores of the river, we found this hotel comfortable, clean and the king bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff is simply amazing, they are friendly, cordial and go way above and beyond to make sure your requirements are attended to. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Special thanks to them for helping my husband navigate his way around an unfamiliar area while I sat with my mom at the local hospital. This is now my go to place whenever I have to be in the Southern Maryland area for any reason.

PPengguna TetamuWe got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service.

MMillerCatherineI looked at all the BWI airport hotels carefully before booking, and decided that the Westin was probably the best. Now having stayed there I'm pretty sure I was right.
The place is clean and modern, with a spacious lobby and updated design in the rooms. The blackout curtains are some of the best I've ever seen: I woke up at 8:30am convinced it was still the middle of the night. The bathroom has a great shower, was clean and fully stocked with towels. Really everything I could have asked for.

We always stay here when we fly out to WA state to see our kids and grandchildren at least 2x a year. We were just there in February and did not have to pay for parking. We were quite surprised that this time parking is now a fee, disappointing.

bersendirian untuk menumpang ke hotel. Saya tertekan kerana ia adalah kali pertama saya mengembara seorang diri. Saya menghubungi mereka pada pukul 11:50 malam weh!! tetapi banyak
masa sebelum 12:00 pagi. Jadi saya fikir, mula-mula mereka menahan saya... kemudian menutup telefon, panggilan seterusnya... Tiada jawapan dan meletakkan talian. Sekarang saya sedang spazzing.
Akhirnya ulang-alik akan berada di sana dalam ...15-20 mins huhhhhh?? jadi di sana saya berdiri sendirian pada tengah malam sendirian (wanita berusia 55 tahun)
setengah jam berlalu... saya telefon hotel sekali lagi dan tidak mudah untuk seseorang menjawab. Oh pengangkutan ulang-alik penuh saya diberitahu supaya mereka perlu menghantar satu lagi,
BENAR-BENAR jadi lagi 15 minit pergi tanpa ulang-alik, setengah jam kemudian, saya melihat ulang-alik, ini dia datang....dan terbang tepat di sebelah saya sambil saya menjerit STOP!!
sekitar dia pergi, 10 minit kemudian dia akhirnya tiba di sini pada 1:15 pagi dan kemudian mengatakan dia telah ke sana. mereka memberitahunya PINTU 15 saya berkata saya berada di
LOKASI 15. Mad sebelum sampai hotel, sekali sana..sejuk penuh soda untuk dibeli dan bukan satu DIET soda..aku nak tidur.
Tiada selimut? hanya cadar Saya kesejukan jadi saya pergi ke meja depan untuk meminta selimut, Maaf mereka terkunci, ini beberapa cadar lagi.
Dalam semua keadilan mereka kelihatan sangat pendek kakitangan. dan bilik itu bersih tetapi tidak berbaloi dengan harga

Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini. Satu-satunya bahagian yang saya tidak suka ialah apabila mereka meminta caj kad $50. Saya secara tidak sengaja dilakukan dua kali. Dan saya terpaksa bekerjasama dengan bank saya untuk membalikkan kedua-dua caj. Hotel lain yang berdekatan tidak melakukannya.

KK1KiPet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼

CCrystalSoundsExcellent motel! Great location and wonderful staff! Biggest issue is with trying to get clean bedding. You can tell them that you need everything and you’ll literally end up with only a part of what you need. 🤦🏼♀️ It can be a hassle.
It would be really nice if long term live in’s who actually cared for their rooms could get better discounted rates on their rooms. That would be wonderful. Cause this is a great place! And I’d gladly refer more people to stay here!
