PPengguna TetamuNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

BBrandi from TexasWe waited at the airport for a couple hours before getting a Lyft because the hotel shuttle is not marked Ramada. We called the bottle multiple times- no answer. Called the corporate office only to receive assistance the 3rd time that the shuttle we had seen 2-3 times was for Ramada. I think it said Western something, black van.
We in flights all day and finally got to the hotel. No one was at the front desk. A young lady comes from the back once we walked in. She said they had been busy all day when I inquired about no one answering the phone. I didn’t believe it. We got to the room… There was hair and other things (unknown) when the blanket was pulled back on one of the beds. Asked for new bedding, didn’t receive everything. Only sheets, no blanket and I didn’t feel like dealing with her again. The room was clean and breakfast was good- service was lacking and as well as cleanliness.

BBusyinasiaIn general it is good hotel or better to say apartments to rent in hotel. Very convenient location just 8-10 min drive from the downtown. Breakfast is quite good. Gym has a everything needed for those who work out. It's not very new but clean and nice.

CChelsieMy husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

BBhapleThe front desk staff were friendly but they didn’t know anything about the town, and there were no brochures for nearby attractions. When we asked the staff what was to do around there neither of the ladies knew of anything to do and unfortunately couldn’t guide us to someone who knew. We called ahead to make sure that the hot tub was open and working, they said yes. When we arrived a few hours later it was open, with water in it, but the child in hot tub stated the water was “pee warm”, and the jets did not work. Otherwise the pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was out of this world some one was stationed and kept the hole area tidy. She made sure everyone had a breakfast voucher and even stopped 2 people from trying to sneak in.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location to DIA. Least expensive for the least amount of time spent in hotel. Basically just there to take early morning flight. Workout room seemed a little neglected but for the most part good. Something wrong with the treadmill while running onto it. Coffee could be better. Staff was helpful. Cards to room didn’t work several times but they said I kept erasing the strip somehow. Helped me get my steps for the day going back and forth. Haha. All and all a good hotel for the need!
