We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon. We were greeted by Amaya and Taya who were very pleasant and friendly. Our room was not ready yet so we said we would go do some errands and asked them to let us know as soon as it was ready. Less than an hour later my phone rang and it was the hotel calling to let us know that our room was ready and we could check in. Just after I hung up, I also received a text and a message on the Bonvoy app.. This was impressive! We checked into our room and I have to say it was immaculate! We have stayed at quite a few hotels in the last year but this is by far THE CLEANEST hotel we have stayed at. The lobby, the gym the pool area and every part of the hotel we went into were the same. The hotel is also close to everything (shopping, movie theatre, restaurants and Ft. Bragg) but in a quiet area. We had a couple little hiccups with things not working correctly in the room but I spoke with Mylyn when we were checking out and he assured me that he would check on the items I mentioned!

I need to start off by saying Farrah displays everything an organization is looking for when it comes to customer service! She is polite, empathetic, and was truly a joy to encounter when we arrived at 3:30a. My rating could have been given for her alone, but it isnβt, my great experience didnβt stop there. Every individual we encountered greeted us, was so polite, and professional. The facility was clean, truly a wonderful place to stop or stay. I want to be clear, I gave an excellent rating not because all was perfect, I actually did not get my confirmed connecting rooms, but excellent and flawless are not the same thing. The way the staff handled the error and communicated with me showed they cared, she went above and beyond in her efforts to accommodate me and my family, and thatβs excellent service. Thank you Homewood Suites of Fayetteville, you made an impression on my family and I, you represented yourselves, organization, and your city well!

Kakak lelaki di meja depan memberikan konpon rumah jalan raya texas. Kakek-nenek tempatan yang masuk ke pintu terpegun oleh kedua orang Asia itu. Hahahahahahaha. Great staff, so exceedingly helpful and kind. I was traveling just me and my 15 month old due to a death in the family. We got in late and the two gentlemen working helped be get my bags upstairs and check in without waking up the baby. So, so thankful for your help! The room was impressively clean. The king room had space to set up a pack n play and still have some room for her to toddle around.

We stayed at this hotel overnight with friends. After arriving at 10pm on an 18 degree night, the room was 57 degrees when they walked in! They called the front desk who didnβt seem to care and told them Housekeeping leaves it that way and they will just have to wait, it will warm up soon. They called back after 20 minutes after the temperature wasnβt budging much and got a similar uncaring response. They pushed to change rooms and found the same thing in the new room. They waited for over 90 minutes for the room to warm up enough to shower. So much for arriving, relaxing and going to sleep! Had 1 of the 3 front desk people on duty shown even the slightest empathy with the situation, it might have made a difference, but they said it was hotel policy to keep the rooms that cold and there was nothing they can do. I get trying to save energy, but if you check in with your arrival time on the Hilton app hours in advance, canβt 1 of the 3 people at the desk do the right thing and turn the heat on? Clearly, a hotel to avoid!

We received excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to those checking us in for breakfast (which was fantastic by the way) to the grill masters π in the dining room. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, kind, and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom with the waterfall shower head. My husband has stayed at an Embassy Suite Hotel several times, but this was my first. I will definitely visit an Embassy property again. Thank you for making our stay an extremely comfortable one.

PPengguna TetamuThis place is where you want to stay. I highly recommend to all Healthcare professionals and family's. Don't let price fool you, it's great for the price. Brad , the manager is great. Place is very clean and quiet. I stayed here for 3 months and absolutely had a great stay each time. All rooms are fully furnished with complete apt style living. Bathroom is clean with a good hot shower and water pressure. Thick bath towels....beds are comfortable. Also it is very secure and safe. Has outdoor grills and tables. I will always return here for all my stays!

PPengguna TetamuExtremely friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are clean, reasonable rates, and the beds ARE comfortable. After spending a week at another hotel that was uncomfortable to sleep on. My mom and I had stopped on the way to visit family up north. We were pleased with this location and chose to stay at this location again as we were heading back home to Florida. We would definitely stay here again when passing through on our travels.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I always stay at the Sleep Inn or Comfort Suites in Fayetteville on our way to visit our son in Virginia. We last stayed at this Sleep in in September and things were okay but they have gotten significantly worse. They still do not have a full hot breakfast although in September they said they were resuming full breakfast(what a lie) in November but still offer Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and granola bars, no fresh milk with coffee. The decaf coffee was not working. Again they said they were resuming full hot breakfast soon(???). There was no tissue in the bathroom and the shower door seal was loose and hanging detached. But the piece de resistance to top it all of when we awoke the next morning to take our shower my wife found a live cockroach on the bathroom floor. I am a loyal Platinum Choice Hotels member but I would avoid this Sleep Inn at all costs, especially when there is a Comfort Suites nearby!

We had been staying at another property off this exit but decided to switch to Red Roof because Pets stay free. There had been some issues with our reservation but manager Gabrielle Torres & her staff embodied hospitality to work it out for us. Every employee we encountered whether by phone, email or in person was so kind. I will share that the Christmas tree in the lobby sporting βTrump 2024β & βLetβs go Brandonβ ornaments was obnoxious & off putting. There was no meaningful breakfast -- individually packaged pastry and some juice -- not that I had an appetite after that tree. The room was billed to us as an upgrade to a King-sized bed in a handicapped accessible room. It was clean with laminate floors. There was space for a wheelchair to maneuver when you first enter the room but the space between the end of the bed and the dresser & minifridge would probably be tight to squeeze a chair through. The bathroom was open & there was a grab bar near the toilet, but the shower was not good for somebody in a wheelchair. There was a handheld shower but it was mounted in the up position so you would have to stand to get it out of the mount & use it as a handheld. There was a bench across the back of the tub, but that was 6 feet from the water controls & it was still a tub not a zero barrier entry shower. As able-bodied people none of this affected up but 1 person in a wheelchair traveling independently could not have showered in this bathroom Because we were traveling with a dog, I was verbally reminded 3 times to clean up after my pet. Thatβs fine. Iβm a responsible pet owner but in the morning when I walked my dog, I was dismayed to find not 1 but 12 piles of dog poop around the property, none of which was fresh that morning. The hypocrisy bothered me.
