MMikeLocation not super - about 15 minutes from Bethlehem downtown. Newish hotel and the interior is a little more lux than your typical mid-range US hotel. That being said, the breakfast was a disappointment. No healthy options: just sugary yogurt (why no plain greek yogurt?), the bananas had brown spots on them each of the 3 days I stayed (and weren't replaced), the oats were DIY from a packet which are never as nice as when they are made up as a batch which negated the appeal of the toppings.

SSmithSThe room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered had a decent amount of options and was well-prepared in a very clean environment. The staff are friendly and accomodating. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is very difficult to find, especially in the dark… signage is minimal if any. No real directions on where to park. There is a parking garage attached to the building. No safety measures that we could see; anyone could enter the maze of hallways…a gauntlet of twists & turns that you have to navigate on foot in order to find the actual hotel. UNSAFE!!!We were told NO luggage carts so be sure and pack lightly. Check in took FOREVER and there was no body in front of us. Front desk clerk was however very knowledgeable. No ice that we knew of. ***Excellent breakfast buffet on the weekend …it blew us away!!!AND very pleasant hostess. Requests were not met for additional towels. We would not stay here again even though we are loyal to Marriott.

This place needs work. Its in pretty bad disrepair and not well cared for. The rooms are ok, but the floors are filthy. The water pressure won't get shampoo out of your hair. Our king size bed has a sunken whole in the middle, so we each slept on the edges. Its totally understaffed so all the staff is really stressed and moody. The valet guy made sure we knew that he was working a double shift. Maybe that's why he was cold, bordering rude. They don't provide slippers despite the fact the carpets are so dirty your socks will be black. Don't expect anything nice like robes, or even 2 cups to make coffee in the morning. We were left 1 paper cup for 2 people. The walls are very thin so you can hear every conversation from your neighbors. This place is absolutely not worth $200+ a night. Maybe I'd pay $70 or so, but not over $200.

PPengguna TetamuWhile the hotel itself was nice, the check-in was a disaster. I had called ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving between 2am and 3am, due to a late arrival into Newark. When we arrived around 2:45am we were told we could not check-in after driving over an hour and spending another 5+ hours on a cross country plane trip, because the computers were in the middle of a ”reboot” to close out the evening. I was told that if I had called in to tell them we were arriving late someone would have printed keys for us advance, so it was obvious to the hotel clerk we didn't call in (which as previously stated we did). All in all we had to wait an extra half hour to check in, after which we were told the keys probably wouldn't work, so we had to wait for a maintenance guy to walk us up to our room and let us in, and then to add insult to injury, the next day, the front desk calls me up and tells me we never left a credit card imprint (which we did, one of the reasons we had to wait half an hour), so we would have to rush back to the hotel to provide a credit card or risk losing our room for the second night.

The gentleman working the front desk named Nick was very helpful and friendly while coworkers and I checked in. Along with the splendid service provided by the staff, the room and amenities were very well kept. My stay at this hotel was a great experience and I’ll be sure to stay here next time I am in Allentown.

The friendliest staff of any Holiday Inn Express I have visited. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone was very accommodating during my stay. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping services were exceptional and everyone was very friendly. The internet was excellent and worked without any interruptions . Highly recommend this hotel.

JJeffreyOur venue was canceled last minute and the hotel did not care. They get customers all the time because of this venue and to not understand or care about the cancellation by the event was horrible. The only good thing that happened is the third party app that handled the planned trip stepped up big time and spent almost six hours trying to negotiate with the hotel to no avail. Trip.com is the best!!!

Well this place was totally ridiculous it really went down hill since me and my husband stayed there several times was much nicer. This room was a joke first of all the alarm clock didn't work, there was no blankets on the beds and the comforters ****** they wouldn't stay up on your body while sleeping they slid right off, sounded like there was a heard of horses above our room jumping all night then I went to pick up the phone to call front desk to ask for a blanket and the phone didn't even work and I have a heart condition if I needed help or assistance I would of died because I couldn't call for help then we saw bugs I'll say this I will never ever go there again and will not tell my worst enemy to go there oh forgot the heater ans AC didn't work properly either the whole place and room and experience was horrible except I had a wonderful time less the whole lousy room thing .
