Hotel terbaik di Montebello

Une fois hôtel réservé on est allé voir les commentaires... Soit on est bien tombé, soit les personnes qui ont commenté précédemment sont bien trop exigeant au vu du prix payé. - Personnel correct. Pas désagréable, pas très expressif mais rien de négatif - petit déj, correct. Rien d'extraordinaire, couverts jetables, les pancakes sont un +. - chambre petite mais correcte, tout fonctionne, cafetière, télé, frigo, micro ondes, - propreté....bon c'est vrai que le nettoyage de la chambre laisse un peu à désirer, mais pas crasseux non plus. - propreté de l'hôtel en général rien a redire. - parking gratuit, grand Donc, si vous cherchez le luxe, non.... Si vous cherchez le haut de gamme, non Si vous cherchez un hôtel bon marché, un hôtel pour juste rentrer dormir et déjeuner le matin alors oui, vous pouvez réserver...

Clean & comfortable property perched on a hill on a golf course. The staff never disappoints. There's currently construction near the building but noise level is unnoticeable inside the hotel

Being an American Express Hilton card holder, I used more than 100,000 points for a two night stay at the Home2Suites Montebello with my family. We stayed here once before in 2021 and were very pleased during that stay. Unfortunately, this time our experience was not the same or near that level. Our initial room was very dirty, extremely dusty on shelves & counter tops. A stray hair in the refrigerator, bathroom corner smelled strongly like urine and old room keys on the top of the kitchenette shelf. We had no paper towels and half of a toilet paper roll with no spare rolls handy. The ironing board was broken in a few pieces, and the shower didn't work late at night. We had to move to a different room. No one on staff offered to help move us, it was close to midnight & our children were sleeping. Extremely inconvenient. We also inquired about a late check out and instead of trying to accommodate it, they told us to ask in the morning. Our second room was also dusty, remnants of the previous guests stay were present. Trash was under the fold out bed, an empty makeup bottle and qtip were on the floor next to the bathroom cabinet. Our shampoo and body wash bottles had one pump of product in them, basically empty. Housekeeping was definitely the main reason for this review. I'm unpleasantly surprised at this kind of experience with a Hilton.

Hotel terakhir ditempah sebelum pulang. Meja depan hotel boleh berbahasa Cina, terdapat microwave di lobi, dan beberapa bilik memilikinya. Istana Ole sangat dekat, ada sarapan Cina, komuniti Cina. Biliknya cukup besar dan harganya bagus. Terdapat sebuah kedai serbaneka di sebelahnya, yang sangat mudah. Terdapat bestbuy yang berjarak seratus meter dan tidak murah, tetapi peralatannya kelihatan sangat bagus, dan saya mempunyai keinginan untuk pulang. Castle Ole terletak berhampiran, tetapi saya pergi ke Desert Ole. Ia terlalu jauh. Saya menasihati semua orang agar tidak terlalu jauh ke Ole. Masa juga wang.

Lage des Hotels ok, gegenüber gleich Tankstelle, viele Parkplätze, weit vom Zentrum entfernt, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, sehr hellhörig, sauber, Kühlschrank/Mikrowelle/Kaffeemaschine/Bügeleisen

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable.

Room is clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. We stayed at a two-bed room. The TV is a huge plus that it is a 55” TV I think. Two of the lights did not work when we stayed, but it was still bright enough for me.
