Hotel terbaik di Novi

The front desk personnel during check-in in the evening were not at all helpful and no willingness to support or help any guests queries but I was taken away with the one in the morning time, excellent attitude towards guests. Breakfast was pretty good, nice selection as well warm. Overall I would recommend it.

Nice place to stay in Novi. Comfortable bed clean room no nasty smells. Overall good value and great location

每次來底特律都住這裏，設施設備齊全，環境衛生還不錯，停車很方便，前台服務熱情周到🌹 喜歡😍這裏的早餐，日常也有甜點和咖啡☕，會繼續關注和選擇

Overall, it's good. But the sound of the AC is kind of loud, maybe they should take a look.

Just wanted to get away from home for a night and the hotel exceeded my expectations! The lobby has a really nice bar & pantry area. And the room is lovely! This might be my new go to hotel in Michigan.

設施：尚可，有泳池和健身房。 衞生：還算可以。 環境：周邊自然環境不錯。 服務：尚可。 適逢深秋，楓葉紅透，步行去旁邊的購物中心，路上全是驚艷的紅楓。

整體還行，但是浴室裏排風扇壞了，維修通常要後面兩天來收，還有住了七天衹換了一次毛巾，倒垃圾，不是兩天一換。建議改善。
