Everything was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The room had a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. I did not use any of the other amenities offered, nor did I have the continental breakfast so I can't speak about those. As a place to lay my head for the night, I couldn't ask for more.

Kami fikir bilik itu sangat bersih. Katilnya selesa dan mempunyai banyak ruang untuk kami berdua. Kami mempunyai sarapan pagi yang merupakan sarapan asas anda. Bagel, mufin, bar granola, biskut, yogurt, kopi dan teh. Satu-satunya perkara yang kami boleh fikirkan yang kami perlukan ialah jeli dan keju krim untuk bagel. Semuanya telah dibungkus. Kakitangannya ramah.

Excellent hotel to stay at when visiting the Gloversville-Johnstown NY area. This is the only place that I stay at when visiting friends and family in the area. The place is very clean and the third floor is very quiet. This is a full service hotel with a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The rooms are clean and spacious enough for our needs. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Most importantly, when I realized an hour after I had checked out that I was missing my cell phone, the housekeeping staff checked the room, and then Sue at the front desk went up to the room several times, having me call the phone till she found it blended into the carpeting next to the bed. She really went above and beyond! Thank you.
