PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the hotel for a business trip, and the location was very convenient as it was adjacent to the convention center. It was located downtown, so going to the mall or other tourist attractions was good. However, the bedding was not washed and ironed. All 4 pillows had a musty smell, and even after room cleaning in the middle, the condition was the same. So I couldn't tell if the bedding was changed or not. Also, I mistakenly booked the check-in date and added one extra day when I checked in. But it seems necessary to check as it is charged at the average price of 2 days. However, I did not receive any receipt or billing documents after check-out via e-mail or a printed one.

PPengguna TetamuWe came here for a staycation. Very excited to experience the pool. The rooms were very nice. However, I was disappointed with the Pool area. It looks like the hotels that manage it gave up on the maintenance and are letting it go to waste. Breakfast was fine. They do need a larger area. We didn’t know where to sit down or set our food down. We ended up back at our room to finish eating. The service was fine. Everyone else was able to check in but we had to wait 40+ to get our room although we had been there first. If you’re coming for the pool… save yourself money and go somewhere nicer.

EEd SeveranceThis was an emotional trip - to support a close friend. During the stay the breakfasts were a great help to our schedule and pretty tasty. We were happy to be as close to our destination as we were. Due to a surprise time change in our trip, the folks were very helpful in getting a room on very short notice for one more person. All in all - very satisfied with Comfort in and the staff.
