Hotel terbaik di Tysons Corner

The WaterMark was amazing!The room junior suite we reserved for 2 nights was clean, organized, spacious, had an abundance of towels and bathroom amenities were elegant! We had a full living room detached from master bedroom, and a full kitchen also!!! Priced just right for a 2 night stay. This property is 5 stars for sure! Restaurant, mini golf, star hill brewery, food trucks, big play field for kids and family fun All rolled into one great hotel! The staff from front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen were polite and professional and went above and beyond! The property is very sophisticated and full of technology and the security measures are top notch. You have to experience it if your traveling to Tysons area in Va. The capital one hall is amazing and conveniently located and accessible from the hotel. More than enough parking! We will be returning in October for another weekend!!!

Lokasi sangat baik, di tingkat bawah adalah pusat membeli-belah yang besar, terdapat teh penghormatan berhampiran, dan persekitarannya juga ok, tetapi bantalnya sangat sukar untuk tidur, saya tidak pernah tidur begitu tidak selesa, saya dan suami melakukannya sepanjang malam Bangun dari mimpi. Fakta bahawa sarapan pagi disertakan ialah semua orang memesan 20 dolar secara percuma. Jika anda mempunyai lebih, anda perlu membayar sendiri. Lebih kurang akan lebih sedikit. Rasa tak sedap sangat.

Room expected to be cleaned every day. I have to ask them to clean the room. Rest all was good. Make breakfast available for free.

酒店雖然開業多年，但是設施使用不錯，房間寬大，地理位置不錯，據地鐵不遠，周圍商業設施也比較多，早餐中規中矩，最基本的美式早餐，，整體來説還不錯😄

I recently returned to this place and my previous review still holds true. Look under Oct. 7 2020. TA will not let me post a link on this review. Still an older hotel that is a great value. Just updating on the breakfast. It is no longer a grab and go breakfast. It is a sit down breakfast. While not something to write about back home, it is decent enough to fill you up to start the day. I would like to contrast this breakfast with the nearby Hawthorne Suites. They also have breakfast back but it is so simple that even I would skip it. The breakfast here is definitely much much better. Incidentally, I found there is a Korean restaurant to the left (facing the hotel) of the hotel. Cross the parking lot and it's there. Maybe 4-5 minutes walk. Tops. Still a very good budget hotel. If you are expecting much more, then don't. You are not charged that much either. BTW, service is still very good. My coffee maker in the room leaked. While this will elicit crazy reviews, I elect to see what the hotel will do. I reported it. Within a few minutes someone came with a brand new one still in its plastic wrapper.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Big thank you to Marcos who checked us in and made us feel extremely well taken of. Very high level of customer service here- we were impressed by our check in experience. The room was very clean and comfy - although the tub needed a little attention as I think it was just a little tired. Shower worked well though. The beds were very comfortable and all in all a good stay. The M executive club lounge here is was great. Free breakfast, coffee, snacks and evening cookies. We stayed 2 nights and slept very well and enjoyed the convenient location. If you fancy a spot of shopping, the mall is literally 8 mins walk or 3 mins drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

酒店連接商場Tyson 1，此商場冇怎特別。酒店有提供巴士去第二期，那邊的商店就很吸引了，各類名牌級美食都有選擇。 這次是出差公幹，如果要觀光就要咗大約45分鐘的Uber去華盛頓，交通比較遠。 酒店地方寬敞舒適

The guest service experience I recently encountered at Hilton was truly disappointing. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, my wife is entitled to a daily F&B credit of $15, and the same amount of credit extends to an accompanying guest. However, during our recent stay, I noticed that only a $15 credit was applied to her account instead of the expected $30 for both my wife and myself. The $30 credit was confirmed by front desk staff members during our check-in the previous night (We always confirm the total F&B credit amount with the front desk agent when checking in). Upon bringing this matter to the attention of the front desk agent during check-out the next day, I was assured a refund since my account had been settled without the proper credit. However, despite this promise, no refund has been issued. Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter with Hilton Honor Customer Service were unproductive and very disappointing, as both the hotel and the HHnors CS team failed to take any corrective actions. According to the HHonors Customer Service agent, a case number was generated after talking with the HHonors CS team; however, despite this action, the hotel failed to address the issue. Unfortunately, the HHonors agent did not provide any helpful action, merely suggesting that I directly contact the hotel. Despite making multiple calls directly to the hotel, reaching out to various departments including the front desk manager, accounting department, and even the General Manager, all attempts to communicate were in vain as my calls were repeatedly transferred to someone who did not answer. Later, I was informed by the HHonors Customer Service agent that some HHonors points were given to my account, but she had no idea at all whether this was a result of the hotel's corrective action or simply due to my stay at the hotel. As I have not heard anything from the hotel so far, I am thinking of writing a letter to the corporation to address these service failure issues. Having previously worked for many years as a front office manager at several Hiltons, I have considered myself a loyal Hilton enthusiast. However, it is disconcerting to witness a lapse in service quality at my preferred hotel, where a customer's concerns are ignored, promises are unfulfilled, and the loyalty of a Diamond member goes unrecognized. This situation has left me questioning the integrity of the service provided by a brand I once held in high regard.
