主打性價比，那天是因為不知道啥時候才能過關，所以選了這個入住，建議中國人還是直接過關住國內。在老街步行過關非常簡單快捷，好像海關工作時間晚上九點十點，老街任意一個位置步行到中國關口，特別簡單。特別快，半小時以內搞定。

Good location in that it was near a lot of different food places. It was also along the waterfront. Great views of the waterfront from where I was at. Great views of the mountains and hills. I liked how it had a restaurant to eat at. The only thing that I didn't like was the minibar which was kind of tacky where they got you where they want you in making it convenient and tempting for you to eat but the food is more expensive than going to the stores to make some extra money off of you. I also didn't like how they were nitpicky in their variation of price charges on their laundry depending on which type of garment you are washing.

Staff was so welcoming and kind. Great rooms and beautiful decor. The food was great, many options for breakfast in the buffet. Cozy and inviting atmosphere. Great views of the beautiful city. The night club and pool were equally amazing. Had so much fun staying here.Was extremely happy with my stay overall and I will be definitely coming back once this pandemic is over.

酒店位於火車站/汽車站的對麪，前往SAPA或河內，都在此乘車，附近沒商場或公園，生活配套機能不足，我是因為隔日一早要搭車前往河內，才選此酒店。前往紅河口岸大約3公里，口岸附近水果便宜，椰子一棵2.5萬越盾，老街其他地方售價3～3.5萬，老街主城區公園漂亮，可去逛逛，公園附近商店齊全，在麪包店買了一個6寸Pizza，好吃。

距離老街口岸打車費40K盾（12元）左右，房間挺大的，住6～8樓，可以看見老街的部分街景，包括：Ga Lao Cai（火車站），不過火車站已經根本不熱鬧了，有點類似國內三四線城市的集鎮。酒店很乾凈，跟國內的連鎖店差不多，是三星級的，不過他們是14：00后入住的，如果提前入住就需要另外補價340K盾（100元Rmb），原房價230左右。在酒店看外麪的風景么還好的，有個飄窗依窗小坐，喝杯咖啡挺愜意（發一張圖片）。酒店前台的小杜（女士）會中文，基本交流沒有問題。酒店正門右手邊的小咖啡店的老闆（女士）挺善良的，中文也不錯。

I went to stay on March 30-1 May. The room is beautiful, everything is complete. All staff are cute and attentive to every service. This is a high level of service. Breakfast is good. The maid cleans thoroughly. The front office staff takes good care of me. And the Belboy staff He wears glasses. I'm not sure his name. He takes Taking very good care of me and my friend, he always smiles and greets, it all makes my trip and my friends unforgettable.

MMathieu t.vGreat hotel at walking distance from the border with China, good restaurant and breakfast.
If you want to use the pool consider asking if it is open at the time of your stay, when we arrived it was unfortunately closed. We were looking forward to it and booked here because of the pool, (closed because it was cold season, 25c avergage temp lol, but ok)
Other than that perfect.

PPengguna TetamuGood location in that it was near a lot of different food places. It was also along the waterfront. Great views of the waterfront from where I was at. Great views of the mountains and hills. I liked how it had a restaurant to eat at. The only thing that I didn't like was the minibar which was kind of tacky where they got you where they want you in making it convenient and tempting for you to eat but the food is more expensive than going to the stores to make some extra money off of you. I also didn't like how they were nitpicky in their variation of price charges on their laundry depending on which type of garment you are washing.

PPengguna Tetamu距離老街口岸打車費40K盾（12元）左右，房間挺大的，住6～8樓，可以看見老街的部分街景，包括：Ga Lao Cai（火車站），不過火車站已經根本不熱鬧了，有點類似國內三四線城市的集鎮。酒店很乾凈，跟國內的連鎖店差不多，是三星級的，不過他們是14：00后入住的，如果提前入住就需要另外補價340K盾（100元Rmb），原房價230左右。在酒店看外麪的風景么還好的，有個飄窗依窗小坐，喝杯咖啡挺愜意（發一張圖片）。酒店前台的小杜（女士）會中文，基本交流沒有問題。酒店正門右手邊的小咖啡店的老闆（女士）挺善良的，中文也不錯。

If the Sapaly Express Train service we faced was anything to go by, re-consider before deciding to stay here. In our group were guests in their late 80's. Prior to boarding the train at Ga Lao Cai, I asked for a stool to make it easier for them. I knew I had to make myself clear in English, but it wasn't the staffs' lack of command of the language. The staff I spoke to was actually uninterested in what I said, and even rude. His female colleague gave her name as Nguyen Thi [?] and she ignored my request too. Back in 2010, I faced the same issue, but the Victoria Sapa staff at least responded to my request. Perhaps, service, since the pandemic savaged the tourism industry the past three years, has gone to the dogs. But I feel sad for Vietnam's tourism sector, if the attitude of these Sapaly employees represents that of the industry in general. [I wrote a 3-star review of Sapaly Express Train, voicing my criticism. It was the only review there. At the time of submitting my latest review, the Sapaly Express Train listing has been taken down.]

Mmaria09990Staff was so welcoming and kind. Great rooms and beautiful decor. The food was great, many options for breakfast in the buffet. Cozy and inviting atmosphere. Great views of the beautiful city. The night club and pool were equally amazing. Had so much fun staying here.Was extremely happy with my stay overall and I will be definitely coming back once this pandemic is over.

ZZhongguoduxingxia酒店位於火車站/汽車站的對麪，前往SAPA或河內，都在此乘車，附近沒商場或公園，生活配套機能不足，我是因為隔日一早要搭車前往河內，才選此酒店。前往紅河口岸大約3公里，口岸附近水果便宜，椰子一棵2.5萬越盾，老街其他地方售價3～3.5萬，老街主城區公園漂亮，可去逛逛，公園附近商店齊全，在麪包店買了一個6寸Pizza，好吃。
