We came here and were really satisfied with the quality of the rooms and services here. The service staff is enthusiastic and cheerful, the food is delicious but not really diverse for me. When I stayed at the hotel, there was no buffet breakfast but I chose to order.

Khách sạn vị trí rất tiện lợi, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, nội thất trong phòng tiện nghi tông màu tối dễ ngủ, đồ ăn tạm ổn, bể bơi ngoài trời lại sau sảnh đi hơi lười chút :D nhìn chung mọi thứ là ổn so với giá tiền và phân khúc ks lớn, cảm ơn Mường Thanh vì kì nghỉ tuyệt vời này, nhất định sẽ quay lại !

Good hotel with 5 star service. I will comeback. The reception is friendly, Thoa, Thuong, Thuy Bac is very good staff and professional . Should come back with a lot of everything i will recommend this hotel to ky friend

Tôi thích gối nơi đây. Dầy cộp và thoải mái vô cùng. Tôi ở phòng có ban công. Giá cũng như phòng có ban công. Thiết kế khách sạn là tân cổ điển. Bạn trai tôi thích tivi rộng và nét ở đây. Còn tôi ưng nhất là ban công. Mình thích không gian thoáng đặc biệt phải có ban công. Thời tiết hôm đó mưa. khách sạn có rèm trắng. Tuyệt vời. Cảm ơn khách sạn

We had a wonderful stay here. A very beautiful and peaceful destination. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Foods are good with very reasonable price. The Thuy Dinh restaurant is unique and large. Facilities are good. We will definitely come back in 2021.

Vietnam is a very beautiful & culturally rich country. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang & Ninh Binh on 11D/LON trip.
Hospitality, reception & local immersion was outstanding at all places (except Emeralda) - people were welcoming & hotel staff were very courteous.
Emeralda Resort at Ninh Binh was not so pleasant experience barring a few seasoned staff members. F&B Manager at Sen Restauran (morning paid breakfast) declined to entertain vegan food request & puréed fruit for 7 month infant, She said Kitchen's busy, we have large group to cater to. After much explanation she managed to get a fried rice (that's It!l) but for puréed fruit she denied & insisted I pay for it.
Organic Restaurant is good, couple of staff there (mostly women) were courteous. Pool Bar attendant had some issues, not even acknowledging the greetings.
Thanks to Ms Hung (Restaurant Manager), Mr Chung (Reception) & another Restaurant manager at Organic (missed her name) for making our stay bearable & manageable. They have a very wonderful property & spacious rooms, had the service been at par like ot 4 & 5 star resorts; it would be an ideal location for tranquility.
Note: Vegan / Vegetarian food menu is limited & not allowed to buy food from outside.
